Great food, great attitude, shift leader/manager was working hard and so we're employees dealing with a steady flow of business and never missed a beat. She deserves recognition. People like her are the kind who hold a business together.

I went in and there were only two people working and my food was fresh and hot when I got home. Thanks young lady. Oh I didn't have to wait very long.

Worst KFC EXPERIENCE EVER! Half my order was cold by time they cooked the rest of the grease soaked chicken, I was told to pull away from drive thru with part of my order, so other customers could get their order. While waiting in the parking lot I was confronted by two pan handlers..I should have given them the first bag of my order as it took 18 minutes to get the rest of my order. Then the girl told me I was lucky I got it when I did, because they was about to change the old oil before I showed up!!! YUCK!

I went thru the drive thru at the KFC on broad st, and was amazed... the place has changed! Food was hot n awesome, and the young lady at the window was friendly and attentive. I'll Def b back again, loved it!
BTW, it was cheaper n much better than McDonald's these days, js

This KFC must be working on their customer service. I was greeted warmly and my food was ready when I arrived. I ordered from a mobile app. The original recipe chicken was fresh and the mac and cheese was creamy, it just needed a pinch of salt and pepper. They never miss with the coleslaw. I hope they keep up the good work because I saw in the window KFC is offering college scholarships and that's great for a young person.

I was helped by “DeRell” he complimented my smile and he offered to help me pick because I was being indecisive he was very patient and made my experience 5 stars for now on that’s my favorite worker😁.

Service was slow, could be because they aren’t busy that specific time of day but had to wait a bit on my order. Food was hot and fresh so no real complaints at all.

We stopped here on the way to Atlanta. The truck was not able to deliver today, so they were out of all chicken except for wings, popcorn chicken, and some large pieces. We don't mind, we were hungry and willing to wait. The staff worked hard to get our order out hot and fresh with the supplies they had.

My husband and I had a long day traveling. We came in the drive thru at this location and ordered 2 famous bowls along with a few other things. We get back to our hotel room and our order was all wrong except the drinks and 2 sides. We called and the manager owned to the mistake. Not once trying to deny any responsibility for herself or staff. She automatically knew who we were when we called. She explained she was waiting for us to contact them because they mixed our order with someone dining on the inside. Every kind and honest people. We will definitely be back. The manager and staff went above and beyond and we are appreciative for sure. So I give a 5 start rating but yall deserve a 10. Thanks KFC Broad St.

We went through the drive through and got the 12 PC chicken bucket, we asked for half original half Xtra crispy got back to our cabin and we had gotten 5 breasts in our 12 PC bucket, everything was delicious as usual from KFC.

The lady's working today were very nice and helpful. Can't say enough good about them.

Good chicken! Little bit of a wait, they were slammed all at once I believe.. their chicken wings are on point son! If you haven't tried them you are definitely missing out! My new food addiction for sure 😂.. their chicken tender boxes are also great! Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

Omg. KFC done right. Let me tell you. Super courteous at the speaker and then at the window as well. It took this young person all of maybe 2 minutes to bring my food out to my car. To be fair I did have a large order, but when I got back to my office my food was hot and delicious and I don't know how much more I can rave about fast food.

Kentucky Fried Chicken msy be fast food but it's definitely upper echelon fast food. This location always makes great chicken and sides and I have never gotten anything that wasn't fresh. This means you may have to wait a little while for your big family buckets but they are worth it. Employees are usually nice and willing to give you any extra sauces and things that you want.

Always had a good experience! Come on its fried chicken. So you didnt get the biggest breast. Live with it or go fry your own. Cole slaw recepie is the best of any restaurant. Be safe!!!

I eat lunch here frequently and they always get my food right. The staff is always very nice and friendly as well. Much more then i can say for the kfc near my house in soddy daisy which your lucky if you get anything you ordered ever.

The staff here is so nice. Professional and timely. I've only been here a couple of times, but the staff made me feel very welcome and communicated well with each other, too. Thanks Guys!
