I've been to many of Panera's and this one is a stand out!

Staff should be extremely proud of the work and effort they put in, it is noticed! 5 stars across the board!

We stopped at this Panera on our way to Boston and had the best Panera server ever. Marybeth was just amazing! Super attentive, generous and gave us plenty of tips for our upcoming trip. Thanks Marybeth, you are great!

Oh my goodness, Panera Bread's tomato soup and baguettes are seriously the bomb! 🍅🥖 The tomato soup is so rich and flavorful, and the baguettes are always perfectly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Such a delicious combo! 🤤❤ #PaneraLove

Came in at 8pm this place reminds me of my favorite library in college late at night. It’s very laid back and relaxed. This might be my fav Panera I’ve ever been to.

Stopped on the way from Cape Cod to Boston, of Pilgrim Hwy (3) . We found the place to be very clean, the pastries are fresh and tasty and the service is excellent.

Very consistent food prep and friendly, engaging staff. Not all Paneras are equal. Went to another Panera location North Shore, and the food was barely edible, not sure how that's possible with standardized menu. Made me appreciate this location.

Panara Bread in Pembroke for me is always top notch. Great spot for kids. Friendly staff at the front counter taking my order. They always confirm to make sure they understand. Counter help in the back where the food comes out always ask if I have everything. The dining area is always spotless, tables are always clean. Plus there's a wonderful woman ( didnt catch her name unfortunately) who pops by to remove any plates cluttering the table. Ps. The warmed chocolate chip cookies are delicious. If more than 1 person in your party get 1 for each. Its difficult to share.
Highly recommend.

Always find what I want and it's reasonable

The MyPanera Coffee monthly subscription has led me into many Panera’s for the first time - this one is wonderful. Right off 93, quick service, nice people. East place to sit and enjoy a coffee or a meal.

This manager went above n beyond for my office lunch order today, recognized my name on and online order called to see if it was correct for delivery n not catering my usual. The icing on the cake, a sweet sorry note waiting for me tape to the item the delivery gig didn’t pick up best best

i’m not one to write reviews but this place deserves 5 stars. staff is always super friendly especially Barbara!! she makes my day whenever I go there. Every panera needs a Barbara.

Guy with orange beard who was working 7/20 at about 6:00 approximately clearly loves his job. He was super sweet please give him a raise!!!

My company has had many meetings here. The staff is kind. This location is clean and perfectly located off the highway. Coffee is always fresh and hot. Love this location.

Very nice young man filled my cup up with ice when the machine was off for cleaning was super sweet he was a gentleman.

Me and my mom went in for dinner and it was delicious we got 2 flatbread pizzas pepperoni and one cheese and dessert it was just delicious my parents enjoyed it so it looks like we are going to hit it up again😁💯. Ms.Soso

wife and i walked in on 12-29-17 had a very warm welcome and service was great we both had the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo and turkey sandwich was so good and very well made the Ladies on the line did a super great job thank you for the great food best service and food i have had in quite some time great Job to all the staff in the Pembroke Ma loved it and we will be back for sure 5 plus stars 10 stars if i could
