Furniture Leisure deserves a glowing review! I recently ordered a bench from them in memory of my dear friend who passed away at the age of 15, and I couldn't be happier with their service. I want to give a special shout out to Kyle, one of their amazing sales representatives. He was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to go over all the details with me in a friendly and helpful manner. I really appreciated his dedication and the way he made sure the bench would be delivered to my house by the specific date I needed. I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional service I received from Furniture Leisure. They truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality furniture and outstanding customer support.

I was pleasantly surprised with all of my interactions with the staff at Furniture Leisure. My correspondence with Kyle, billing with Diana Charlene, and Alexandra and delivery coordination and follow-up with Laurie exceeded all of my expectations for a fairly large purchase for my hotel. Although the lounge chairs were ordered late, they were delivered ahead of the promised delivery date and in-time for the holiday weekend. The chairs look very nice and are extremely comfortable. I look forward to the opportunity to work with the team at Furniture Leisure again.

I was lucky to find Furniture Leisure online as my local patio store had recently closed. There were so many choices for pool furniture and we wanted commercial grade furniture that would last. I called and spoke with Kyle C. who guided me through materials and color availability. Once I ordered, I was frequently updated by Alex M. with tracking information for each part of the order. We ordered lounges and chairs for our HOA pool and the process was truly enjoyable and easy! Kyle was great to work with, informative, fast and fun. Our furniture arrived when expected and was in perfect condition and the protective packing was genius !! I am a board member of my sub-division’s HOA and was in charge of purchasing picnic tables and umbrellas for our outdoor area next to our pool and clubhouse. I contacted several companies for information and quotes and ultimately chose Furniture Leisure based on the quick response to my call and the excellent, personalized customer service I received. A special shout-out to Kyle who is knowledgeable about the product options and he spent the time with me to make suggestions/recommendations based on my needs. He was a tremendous help in making it easier (and less stressful) for me to make a final decision. Additionally, I am very pleased with the

We purchased 5ea hot ash cans from Furniture Leisure. I worked with Diana to get order processed and shipping scheduled. Diana was great to work with.

We purchased some poolside tables from this company and the manufacturer took an extensive length of time getting them to us and then sent us the table tops with nothing to put them on! When I called them to question this, I spoke with Kyle who was very understanding and more than willing to help getting the issue resolved. After approximately 2.5-3 weeks of Kyle going above and beyond to help get my products shipped from the manufacturer I finally received my tables. I can not say enough about the customer service provided by Kyle and other staff members doing follow up calls! They are friendly and so willing to help resolve issues!! Ordered quick-ship metal picnic tables and they shipped out in a week. High quality, very sturdy, better than expected. The communication was great, especially when I discovered the contract shipper had the wrong delivery address. Furniture Leisure was able to quickly correct the problem and assure me that the product was headed to right place. A follow up satisfaction call was also appreciated.

The Fremont Yacht Club ordered 24 Gardenella Sling Chaise Lounges with Arms from Furniture Leisure, Inc. The whole experience went well. The staff was friendly to work with and always replied to any questions or concerns whether by phone or email.

We were looking for new pool-side furniture and needed several different items. Once we received the quote online. I called Furniture Leisure Office and spoke with Shannon. She was very accommodating and negotiated the right price for us. There were items that weren't available that we needed to match up all the furniture. Shannon worked hard to find us the right matches and we were very happy with the final selection. I recommend Leisure Furniture without hesitation.

We had placed a rather significant order of picnic tables and umbrellas with another vendor. With the supply chain issues being experienced, we switched our order to Furniture Leisure. They went above and beyond to meet our delivery date and when one order was postponed, they even went to the manufacturer's warehouse to check on the status to provide accurate information. Great to work with... They are always quick to respond and make things happen. We ordered pool furniture 3 years ago and it is holding up great! When we need an additional piece, they have my past information and all I have to say is 'need a lounger sling' and the bid is to me correctly. Thank you for making working with you easy!

Customer service was very helpful. I bought 2 benches for my Eagle Scout project and they were able to fully price out the best options for me. My project came out amazing due to the help from Furniture and Leisure.

I am extremely happy with the purchase of my new St. Lucia pool lounge chairs. They even arrived a week earlier than I anticipated. They were extremely well packed, and the frames were very well wrapped to protect them from damage. The two-tone color is rich looking and I like that that they lay flat. I also have to commend the customer service staff. They were very accessible and quickly responded to any questions I had about this product.

Ordering online was easy, shipping and delivery options were easy to select to meet our needs. They made the table within the estimated time frame. The table is beautiful and well made and durable. It was easy for 2 people to assemble with a power drill. The umbrella is beautiful and very well made. I will order from this company again.
