I came into your office. It was very clean met by the receptionist. She was very friendly and was seen within 15 minutes of coming in the door by a physician.
The physician was very friendly, extremely professional, and came in before the triage Nurse to meet me
Gave me exceptional options to take and told me what to do when I go home and I left with all paperwork regarding what we did and what we went over extremely professional from start to finish. Thank you for your caring.

Absolutely a great experience from the receptionist to the doctor. Very pleasant and professional people. My wife and I have been to the bigger Convenience place a block away and it's all business. No personal interest. Health Express is awesome.

Quick and Professional service! I had a great experience at the Pembroke location this past week being seen for a sinus infection. The last thing anyone who isn’t feeling well wants to do is go to the doctors and wait…I was in and out in under 20 mins! After 2 weeks of suffering I wish I went sooner. Also, thank you to the staff for being so friendly and helpful.

Have been to the Pembroke Health Express a couple of times. It is clean and well attended. Staff is great, respectful, and efficient. I was treated well and quickly. Saves a trip to the ER and waiting for an appointment at my pcp. Would highly recommend it !

I had a work physical there and they were all great - from reception to docs... very helpful, personable and friendly. Shane the paramedic , was the one to do my physical and was a true professional, caring and kind. Would recommend others to go there if ever needing quick, quality care.

Awesome .. best urgent care I’ve been to. From the receptionist to the medical assistants, x-ray tech and NP they were all so kind and fast. I am so happy it is an alternative to the ER even tho we were sent to Boston Children’s from the urgent care, we got such great care. Go there before the ED !

After finding out the pediatrician had no availability for sick visits, I turned to Health Express to help my 7 month old daughter. Everyone at Pembroke was so great and very helpful. Joyce, the NP, was so kind too and took good care of my daughter. Joyce determined my baby had an ear infection and promptly placed the prescription for antibiotics. Thanks for helping us out in a pinch, Health Express!

I always have a great experience at health express in pembroke. My doctors office can be so busy and I find comfort knowing I can go here. The staff is always nice and the doctors are always helpful and friendly.

Everyone was great! Extremely quick and got me the treatment I needed. They were also great with my dad around a month back!

The doctor and nurse were great and they fixed me right up. Service was quick and very nice lady at from desk. Was a pleasure going there and will again if needed.

Staff are kind and caring. I had a little bit of a wait because someone had to get stitches. I wasn't angry, they took great care of me when it was my turn.

I had a very positive experience when I was seen by Dr. Sullivan at Health Express on Sunday. I would definitely go there again if I ever needed urgent care services.

Quick and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again. Was able to get an X-ray as well which isn’t always available elsewhere.

A+. I was seen immediately by the doctor. Diagnosed and sent to SSH for surgery. The facility was beyond clean with all protocols followed for exceptional patient care. They were super nice too!

I highly recommend Health Express!! They took me in and were very prompt and very friendly. The staff was just wonderful! I cut my finger pretty bad and they kept me very calm with comforting words. Thank you so much!
