Albonee Country Inn & Winery

This place is amazing! My sisters and I had the best time here. I have never experienced breakfasts at a B&B that we're provided by Bonnie and Al. Delicious! Oh, and the wine is very good too.

Had driven by many times and so glad we finally stopped in to enjoy a tasting. Very welcoming environment. I look forward to coming back when they have music this summer.

Beautiful, quaint vineyard, located in a quiet valley. Beautiful experience. Pictures don't do this place justice.

This place is awesome, we have enjoyed the B&B and winery for the past 11 years when we visit Kansas. Al and Bonnie are the ultimate best. If we could give it 100 stars we would ✨

Attended Bridal Shower here. It was a bit of a jaunt (took an hour), but the venue was very pretty with grape vines not far from the building the shower was held in. Also, some great views from outside a small porch (with tables and chairs to sit and sip wine). Did not see rooms.

We celebrated my Birthday with three nights! So relaxing we so needed rest and recovery after the death of a loved one. Fantastic breakfast every morning so quiet just heaven on earth. Al and Bonnie are perfect!!!

Lived here 60 years, didn't know this place was here! Beautiful setting, live music, plenty of parking, lots of shade. And the wine is pretty good. Has a couple of bnb rooms. We just went to the winery, not the motel.

My wife and I visited Sat. 7/28/18. It was my first winery visit. Surprisingly I actually really enjoyed it. Everyone there was super friendly. We stayed the night at the bed & breakfast and had an amazing evening chatting under their lit up gazebo. Didn't bother turning on the music they had, as we enjoyed the sounds of the country & each others company. The room (master suite) was very nice. I will say, the Angel pictures & wallpaper weren't my favorite theme but didn't effect our stay in the least. Amazing two headed shower & great breakfast provided by Al & Bonnie. Al is a Vietnam vet and so we enjoyed a great breakfast conversation as I'm an Iraq vet. They showed us where and how they make the wine before we left the next morning. Great time, highly recommend.

Last weekend was our first experience here and we loved it. My wife and friends are from the Independence area but had no idea this area existed. The wines were great and the staff were warm and nice. We also met one of the owners and she was engaging and made us feel welcome. Glad to hear that they've been in business for 12 years too. We'll be back again!

The room was spotless. The bed was nice and firm. Gigantic movie selection. Surprised by a winery tour. The owners make you the biggest and best breakfast in the morning. We will definitely book again.

Wonderful experience! The couple in the tasting room taught us a lot about their wines and we got to taste their entire long list for $5. Once you've found your favorite (there are plenty of dries, sweets, and semis), there are excellent indoor and outdoor seating options. Outside, there's a beautiful pond and vines as your view. We will be back!!

Wonderful wine & hosts!! The host were very friendly & welcoming!! We actually came not knowing they were closing. Great people welcomed us in at closing!A++ Beautiful grounds & inside warm,relaxing & great hospitality. The decor was very interesting !! Loved it!! It also has a bed & breakfast next to the wine tasting store. We just stumbled upon this while in KC with family from Texas. Googled wine tasting vinyards & the were one that can up. Very glad we did! Will go back. A+ Thanks!

This was an excellent experience. I attended a Baby Shower here. The staff was amazing. The wine was good enough that I bought 2 bottles. Great ambiance and Beautiful grounds made for a wonderful day. I would recommend Albonee for many different occasions.

It is truly a great place to stay. Al & Bonnie are very caring and so easy to get along with. The breakfast is to die for. This is our fourth year staying and plan for many more. Having a winery connected is certainly a plus.

This is our favorite B&B and Winery. Very relaxing atmosphere. B&B overlooks part of the vineyards and pond. Al and Bonnie are exceptional hosts. For us it's like visiting family. We've been going 5 years now, and go at least once a year.

I am fortunate enough to be within 10 minutes of several great wineries. (Because i live in between 2 rivers) This is my favorite!!

The owner was fantastic. The place is adorable. It's really a hidden gem. Very worth the trek out there.
The wine is great too, all grown there on their vineyard.

What a gem if a find! I went to "take a break" from the city...it was so peaceful, the grape vines, wild life and the hosts were very complimentary. Reminded me of time with my grandpa in the pines whistling in the wind in his small grape vines on top of the hills.
