Blue Springs Apartments

It has been a pleasure joining this community from day one. Over the last year I have watched new paint go on the buildings, new patio doors and windows being installed, and now there's added security with coded entryways.

I love my cozy little corner unit with a big closet and great windows that let in a good amount of light for being in a partial underground space. The upraded fixtures like lights, and faucets, and a faucet that lights up in the bathroom are fun and functional.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Cindy for all of your hard work, foresight, and having such a good heart while maintaining this cute little pocket of apartment homes.
I look forward to renewing my lease and eventually upgrading to one of the units with a balcony.

I've lived here a few years and it's quiet, clean, and secure. Property manager lives onsite and she does a wonderful job. Property is well maintained with updates recently done. Maintenance is always quick and rent is affordable. It's a nice place to live!

Where do I even begin-

The apartments are cozy and affordable, the lease pleasantly flexible, the pool nice and refreshing, the grounds beautifully kept-

But that’s not what makes this place great.

Cindy is a force to be reckoned with. A fierce advocate for the tenants at Blue Springs apartments, she rules with compassion and professionalism. She puts in the work to make these apartments not JUST apartments, but a home with a strong sense of community.

Cindy entered my life during a peculiar phase, and her generosity and warmth played a crucial role in navigating this aspect of the human journey. Her timing has consistently been impeccable.

If you are being called to these apartments, it’s for a reason. Go and grow, and know Cindy is on your side.

Love it here. It is cute, clean and quiet. Maintenance is very timely. Love the latest updates on the balcony sliding door and security keypad at entrance. Thank you, Cindy!

I've been here 1 year now and just renewed my lease. This place is feeling more and more like a home to me. I'm feeling Very comfortable here. Good neighbors and very laid back and quiet. The property manager is always on top of everything. Anytime I needed something attended to it was immediately done. Best apartments in Blue Springs

Exellent place to live! Cindy is wonderful to work with, and very effective in her job as property manager. Breakdowns and issues are responded to promptly, and much effort is made to make this complex a better living experience. Shoutout as well to the maintenance team for all your hard work!

Edit 9/9/24: A new set of passcode locks were placed on the outer doors. This is a welcome addition, and shows that this complex is dedicated to increasing our safety and quality of living here! Thank you Blue Springs Apartments!

I love living at Blue Springs Apartments! Thanks to Cindy for keeping this place great! We just all got new decks and a beautiful flower pot to go with it. The pool is also spacious and lovely to look at. I am grateful to live here and for the team that makes it all possible. Keep up the great work!

I really love Blue Springs apartments! It is really quiet and peaceful and I never have any issues! If any issues come up they are very quickly resolved. I would recommend this place! The staff is really nice! I also love how it's in the middle of town so it does not take long to get to anything in Blue Springs! They're also nearly renovated and looks amazing inside!

I have been a resident at Blue Springs Apartments for many years. The new things they are doing to upgrade the grounds has really turned the place around. I have always been treated respectfully and would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

Great place to call home. Apartments with A Pool and easy access to the downtown of Blue Springs. Cindy keeps things clean and running smooth for Curry investment. Home run in my books!

I've live here nearly 2 years and I've been fairly pleased. Rent is competitive, the pool is a nice touch, it's a great location for getting out to run errands quickly in the area.

We loved our time at these apartments. Utilities are low, maintenance is fast and the pool is immaculate. We own a house now, but still miss the simplicity of these cute little apartments.

I want to leave a Huge Thank You to Cindy Nesbit and The Curry Team for gifting all of us a beautiful pot of Mums. It was such a nice surprise to come home and see it outside my door! Thanks for all you do!

Want to thank apt.mgr.Cindy for noticing that my a/c was on its' last leg and needed to be replaced. I was unaware of it as it was working. It was noticed while our roof was being replaced. She showed me a picture of the a/c unit and it did look pretty scary.

The work was done swiftly and professionally. Thank you Cindy!

Mike Long and Cindy Nesbitt thank you so much for the driveway entrance it is amazing. It reopened on Monday morning around 730. It
made a huge improvement. One happy resident.

Cindy is AMAZING and does everything to make sure the residents are taken care of and the property is clean and well kept.
