The Arbor Apartments and Townhomes

I am writing this because I am very happy with my apartment!! I didn’t know anything about Blue Springs but I knew how to get to these apartments. I was scared to move as my last place was not a great place to be.
My daughter asked me if I found a place to move to yet? I said no!! I started crying I was scared. So she said mom I’ll help you. We got a coffee and started looking. I was writing down places, and calling for an appointment.
It was the first place we stopped at!!
It also was the first place to make an appointment! I was happy with the looks of these apartments! I just moved here March 2024.
When it came to Monday and our apartment my daughter came with me and was concerned for my health and well being. We were both very happy with these apartments. She said mom if this is what you like you have my approval!!
I was so happy!! Susan was who showed me and told me about these!! I immediately jumped on what I had to do to get in here!! I Love my apartment and I am very satisfied with the atmosphere and grounds and service I receive from The Arbor apartments and townhomes!! This place was clean too before I moved in!! It is well lit at night. Maintenance has fixed what was needed. They answer there phone.
I have never had a place this great in my life!! I am so happy and feel very comfortable here!!

I have lived here for over 3 years now, and I love my apartment home! It is safe, conveniently located, and competitively priced. They've done some beautiful updates over the last couple of years, and the groundskeeping and maintenance staff work hard to keep everything looking nice. Any questions or maintenance needs I have are usually promptly answered. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood, and most of the neighbors I've met are friendly; though with small households, most keep to themselves.

I am very happy about the arbor apartment in blue Springs Missouri. We moved from Illinois and got in right away. . I would recommend this place to anyone.

I've lived at the Arbor for about 3 years, it's definitely a place you can call home. Take a nice walk around the block, the trees in the fall are amazing, lots of trees. The apartments are so nice and cozy. They do fun little contests around holidays for prizes. And you're right next to so many things which is so convenient. I love living at the Arbor!!

I love many things about the Arbor, one is the amazing staff. Always being helpful and always nice when I call. Next would be the pool. My kiddos love swimming. The last thing is that it is now dog friendly and I love that I can have my dog.

LOVE this place. It truly is a nice welcoming community, and the staff is always ready to help us/answer any questions we have. Apartments are beautiful and I’m beyond grateful to have spent the last 2 years here!

Loved the staff they always help you when you need them to they also make sure that any maintenance that needs to be done is done. Love way they keep the place looking very nice and I think this is a nice place to live. I lived there for 8 years. Great place to live.

I lived there for a year and a half. I will say, don't expect to get your full deposit back. I cleaned that place sooo well, but I didn't realize that there is a pretty expensive cleaning fee regardless. Additionally, my deposit refund check got lost in the mail (or was never sent) which I got charged for, so I lost an extra $35. However, I still give five stars because the apartment was nice, affordable, and the staff were very kind. Daryl was very flexible when I bought a house and was moving out. Maintenance was always timely and helpful. It's a convenient location and well maintained complex. All my neighbors were very kind, and it made for a great first home for my wife and me. In my opinion, not getting the expected amount of my deposit back (though I wish I would have known up front that I didn't need to work so hard on cleaning my apartment when I'd be charged for the steep cleaning fee anyway) was a small price to pay for the overall wonderful experience of living there.

I would recommend this apartment complex. I lived here for two years in a two-bedroom unit.

The staff are incredibly friendly and the prices reflect what you would expect in the area. Overall the prices are a bit lower because the buildings are older, but they are in good shape, despite that age. One of the few complaints is that regardless of their no-smoking policy, some of the buildings do smell like smoke in the lobby and stairwell areas.

Several (not all) of the buildings have coin-operated laundry machines. They recently (as of 2019) switched to a proprietary, non-monetary coin, which means you exchange money at the office for coins to operate the machines.

Older buildings means you're going to have some shortcomings: The buildings that have balconies/porches are shared between two units, which means (at least in my two-bedroom configuration) your neighbor can access your kitchen door and vice-versa. These doors do have blinds and a deadbolt though. Additionally, there is a lack of counter space for food preparation - however the upside to that is enough kitchen space for a large table. Once again, mainly applies to my two-bedroom configuration.

Regardless, staff were honest and always friendly. They were very upfront with me in regards to security deposit and any responsibilities in cleaning and replacing damage to the apartments. I thought they operated in a fair manner and would live here again.

Just got a tour of the townhome and 2 bed 1 bath apartment at The Arbor! Newly renovated and spacious layouts on the inside. Whitney gave us our tour and she was so kind and informative! Overall an amazing and inviting community and location for a future apartment :)

I lived at Sunnyside with my boyfriend for 3 years, almost 4 (from 2017-2019). Daryl & all staff were so great. They knew we were first time renters & were more than accommodating! Our unit was very quiet & we never had a single issue with any other neighbors. It was a very nice place & an extremely convenient location. We would still be there if we didn’t outgrow our 1 bedroom!

I would just like to say I absolutely love the Arbor " Community "! And a huge shout out to Susan #2 she is always out on the property by sunrise making sure the lot and landscape looks nice and well kept, besides the many other things she does as a good neighbor 😀. And thank you to the office ladies for making sure we all stay connected and safe!.

So far have had a great experience with The Arbor (have not moved in yet), especially Whitney in the leasing office, who has been so incredibly helpful throughout the application and approval process! She has made things so easy, and has been very quick to respond to my emails and answer my questions! :)

Viewed an apartment they had available, was beautiful, clean. Susan was sweet and very helpful when showing and explaining their amenities. They have a very beautiful club house and game\work out area. Nice incentives for the tenants! They are definitely unique and places like this are hard to find. Love the property! Would recommend to anyone looking for warm, inviting atmosphere and family friendly community! 😍😍

This was my first apartment complex when I moved out of my parents house. I couldn’t ask for better. They truly care about their tenants. Service calls are answered within 24 hours. They don’t charge random fees, the amenities are always kept up. I moved away once and within a month I had moved back and realized how spoiled the landlords treat the tenants. The best experience renting I could ever ask for!!!

This is my first apartment experience and it has been nothing but great! I’m so grateful for this to be my first home.

I’ve lived at Sunnyside for 2 years before I moved, then moved back. They were very nice, very prompt, and got me moved back in in no time. The management are amazing and super helpful no matter what! Any issues we have had have been fixed day of call. Rent is reasonable. Our neighbors are amazing!

I went in today for a tour and it was wonderful! Whitney, our tour guide helped in answering all of our questions and was very sweet. We are hopeful that we will find the right unit for us here. We were very pleasantly surprised with the whole property and what the units have to offer!

Rent is amazing, they pay for trash and water, and I absolutely love the management! I've lived here for nearly 4 years and I would trust the management with my life.
Very prompt with taking care of things in and around the apartments.
