My son goes to one of the doctors here and she’s amazing! All the nurses and staff we have ever came in contact with have been so friendly and quick to help! I absolutely love this doctors office!

I’ve been through it! Today I was scheduled an appointment, well I go in and put my info in as normal and sat and waited over twenty minutes which I told myself yeah it’s frustrating but nothing to be upset about, after they finally call me back they put me in the room that is at the very back of the building and before y’all come for me I have a PROGRESSIVE MS diagnosis so yeah how far I can walk is an issue! Anyway I sat another 10-15 minutes and I was over it and went to the nurses station and explained my frustration and one nurse LAUGHED at me and I said that isn’t funny and I just walked away after that and made some phone calls and nothing has changed! I have never in my life EVER heard of a Healthcare provider LAUGHING at you bc of your struggle walking! I’m extremely disappointed, idk what to do , I am just hurt and upset that they treated me this way. BE WARNED if you go here you will go through multiple different practitioners in a 5 month period.

Made an appointment for 11:30 to get an antipsychotic injection. The nice girl on the phone said to call if I needed to reschedule, as I also had an appointment elsewhere. I got out of my appointment a little behind, so I called. On hold for almost ten minutes. I hung up when I was parked, walked in with my medicine in hand expecting them to be busy. Not a single person was in the waiting room, and nobody was on the phone. I tried to explain my situation to the guy behind the desk. He stops me, and says, "We close for lunch in three minutes" with a terrible attitude toward me.
Is closing for lunch at 12 why you couldn't answer the phone at 11:45?
Very disappointed in the way I was treated.

The guy behind the desk is very rude, and disrespectful. I had to drive to Christopher to get my medication administered. Christopher office is five stars, but I'd give this place a zero if I could.
