I have been coming here doing my taxes for years. Barb Gomez is one amazing employee. She goes above an beyond for her clients. She explains every detail of your return as well as answers any questions you may have.

Jane at 311 1/2 N Main St, Benton, IL office is the absolute best! She is so friendly and makes the process fast and easy. I will continue to be a customer with Jackson Hewitt as long as she is there. Thanks for great service Jane! We appreciate you!

The lady that did my taxes was extremely patient with me and was very polite. I didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel like I was asking too many questions. She took her time explaining things and made me feel valued as a customer :)

This place is awesome. I had no clue what i was doing i called and by the end of the call I had my tax return coming. I would HIGHLY recommend you use their services. Millie was amazing and you can always ask for her. This where ill continue to have my taxes done.

Excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The tax professional Kelly lenord was wonderful she was very kind. We had our 6 year old son with us and she was very welcome to him. Let him watch movies on her phone. My son loves her! We will definitely be going back to her next year. Thank you for making this tax season enjoyable kelly!!:)

I called the Jackson Hewitt office in Benton on Friday to just ask a few questions about filing my tax return this year and talked to Milly. She was very helpful and gave me information regarding the credits I get with my children. When I told her about my money problems, she also told me that I could get a refund advance if I needed after I filed.

I have had the best expierence with Jackson Hewitt in Benton Jane and the other lady are really patient and have helped me out greatly when my card was froze and was willing to go above and beyond to call and get it unlocked.

Kelly did a exceptional job. Always dread tax season she made it wonderful. I diffently recommend her. She is great with the little ones also.
