This franchise and their food speaks for itself. You get what you pay for. Good quality food, great flavor! The Cajun fries! Yum!🔥 I love the red & white retro design too.

The customer service here was fantastic. Everyone was in an incredible mood, very helpful, and polite. Wonderful atmosphere. Food came out quick!

The people here were amazing! They were so kind and understanding when my mom messed up our order and forgot fries! The food was amazing as usual but the service was the best part!

Just left after stopping by for a quick order and I just wanted to say the staff was next level friendly. Especially for the end of a shift on a Friday night. Dominic (I hope that’s your name), the guys with the braids working the register…went above and beyond for the young lady who came in really upset…she seemed as if she got bad news from the time she placed her order to it coming out and he even prioritized getting her order out and walked out the store to find her. That small act of kindness touched me and I’m sure meant a lot to her. Take care!

Just here to state that the person review under this is a complete and utter lie. I don’t know when the last time you may have visited this store but it was definitely not a week ago. May god bless you in ways to help you with your situation in life and guide you on a path of honesty and righteousness. This store has gone through many obstacles to be where they are now and I’ve watched them as a repeat customer get better and better so please reframe slandering this place for whatever reason you may have

I've been to five guys in California quite a few times. This was my first time in Pennsylvania, and I was honestly super impressed. The staff was very nice, the place was very clean, and the food was very good. The thing that really stood out to me was how the staff worked together and communicated with each other. They had that place humming, and their manager was was in the mix helping and making sure orders were coming out correct and fast.

The entire place is extremely clean, I was met at the door with a welcome and a smile, and my food came out steaming hot and fresh.

Great location,, great service, great food,, the parking is very good,, the restaurant is always very clean,, they are always very professional and helpful,, burgers fries 🍟 milkshake,, awesome,, this location is awesome,, they do it right..I recommend this location to everyone,, Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I usually go to this location, mainly because it’s close to where I live, but man, let me tell you when I go elsewhere I’m generally disappointed! The staff is always accommodating, foods always tasty and extremely fast. And the manager Devin is always above and beyond accommodating and attentive. Great spot to get a tasty burger. Extremely grateful I have this five guys in my vicinity versus another one!

Everyone here is so kind!! Even the cook checked on how we were doing during our meal. And this is the CLEANEST food place I swear I’ve ever ate. Thank you guys for being so great! 🫶🏼

The burgers are so delicious. The staff is always very nice and fast. The supervisor seems very on top of everything. They do a really amazing job every time I come in. Thank you guys for feeding me after my long double shifts where I’m too tired to make something for myself. This location is awesome.

It's a chain so the burgers and fries are the same everywhere, but this location is clean and well run. The burgers are a step up - don't look like they were stamped out at a factory - but they're also more expensive than the other fast-food places. Note that the 'small' burgers and fries are still pretty big.

I’ve always had really good service and food whenever I go here. Expect greasy American comfort food.
I was meeting a friend at the Waterworks 5 Guys and there was a miscommunication (the other person when to the wrong one). I had no way to contact them and the worker at the register was so nice and checked up on me. He also let me know that the other person was on their way when they called the store phone. Awesome customer service right there!

The food is always great here and the interior is always clean. This place beats Burgatory, as far as I'm concerned, when it comes to beef burger goodness. If I could order a Five Guys burger and smuggle it into Burgatory for their appetizers and desserts, I absolutely would. It's not fast food, it's faster food. There's a bit of a wait, but it's always worth it.

Indoor and outdoor seating make this place wonderful year around and I always enjoy cracking a few free peanuts when I order online and happen to arrive for pickup a little bit early. Sometimes I'll even throw some nuts in my bag on my way out. Who cares, they're flippin' free! The burgers are amazing and the smalls are large and the doubles and larges are gigantic (like eat half of one for lunch and have the rest for dinner or lunch tomorrow kind of big).

Always a satisfying treat stopping through here and when you order online they make your fries fresh when you show up to pick up you're order so that they're not sitting getting soggy. Great place.

Good tasty 😋 burgers and fries. Peanuts while you wait. Which isn't long. Crew seems to get along and even have a good time preparing your food. Always friendly. Good feeling about eating at five guys.

My personal favorite burger chain. You can customize your burger in just about any way you can dream of. Cajun fries are also outstanding. Possibly my favorite burger🥰
