I loved working at Exceptional Care and Training Center, I miss all the residents and staff members. Kassandra Trickel is one of the most caring and dedicated person I’ve had the pleasure of working with, she goes above and beyond in her duties every day.
Devin Helfrich is also a caring worker who is always willing to help his coworkers. He’s an amazing person and it reflects on the care he gives.

My mom, Sarah Wypasek, cares for the people at her job like they are her family. Sometimes she even cries for hours if she finds out that one of her residents pass away. She loves the people there as much as me and my little sister and would do anything for them. My mom can always make the most grumpy resident there have a smile on their face because she doesn't like seeing them mad. I honestly wish there were more people like my mom working at ECTC.

The ECTC staff really does a wonderful job of caring for my girls. Bernadith Basallo is especially good with both of them, Carrie Cox has been exceptional with them for as long as the girls have lived there. There are many others, it's hard to name all the caretakers that touch our lives with their commitment and their love that means so much to us. Debbie Buse is an exceptional Q. Julie and Lisa are wonderful nurses. Our family is so grateful for all the love, care, and attention that the girls receive each and every day. Thanks to all of you!

Our daughter is SO happy at ECTC. Her DSP and teacher, Mary Jane Licudine, goes above and beyond day in and day out. We are so very thankful for her work with Lanie!
Kassandra Trickel has been a true blessing since joining Lanie's classroom as well! Thank you everyone at ECTC for making such a wonderful home for our girl!

I have had nothing but a great time since starting at Exceptional Care. I have been here over a year and have never felt so welcome at a place I work! Thank you Amy Gann for reccomending this place for me to work and for always being there when I have questions or to put a smile on my face. I want to give a special shout out to Rachel Lempke for helping me out and making sure I always knew what to do and for always helping me when I had questions from the start. I love the event days held here it makes work even more fun! Thank you for providing a great place to work and a welcoming enviortment!

I have worked there for 33 years and learned alot. My sister Becky Akers Retherford has been there 25 years and loves the residents. We both care for our residents as if they are our own family. We both take pride in what we do and the care they get.

I love working here, making the residents laugh and behave themselves and loving, and putting clothes away for them makes my day brighter, been here 2 years now and making the most out of everyday, I’d like to thank my boss and the staff for all the wonderful laughs and giggles and caring times, using a little more courage would help me keep going. Thank you all!!!!

Working at ECTC has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. From the moment I stepped in the door for my interview 2 years ago, I knew this was the place wanted to call home. When I ask the staff what their favorite part of their job is, the answer I get over and over is.."The residents, of course." I'm proud to be part of this growing community and can't wait to see what is ahead for our ECTC family. Oh, and there are too many amazing staff to mention just one or two. Ya'll ROCK!!

Kassandra Trickle has worked at Exeptional Care for 10 yrs., starting when she was 16 yrs old. She started as an activity aide and while still in High School, worked her way to CNA. She has so much compassion for each and everyone of her residents, giving to each the comfort they need and the care they deserve.

I have heard nothing but good things about Exceptional Care and Training Center and would always recommend them! I think the care the residents receive from the staff is awesome, to name a specific staff I would say Rachel Lempke does such a wonderful job taking care of her residents. Thank you for all the care you give.

Sarah Wypasek is a DSP At Exceptional Care who truly loves her clients or her “babies” as she calls them. She is caring and compassionate. It is not a “job” to her. Her way of caring is totally about the client, as it should be. If only all people in healthcare could be like her!!

All the staff at exceptional care is wonderful, but there is one house keeper who goes above and beyond and is always willing to help with anything, her name is Cheryl Ager. Thank you for everything you do.

As a former employee I am very familiar with how hard ALL of these people work. Especially those who have been there for many years that really take pride in caring for the residents to get them ready for the day, Sheila Akers, Becky Retherford and Linda Burda to name a few.
