Excellent customer service and extremely quick turnaround. I needed a few dozen promotional brochures and catalogs printed before an unexpected sales trip. They were able to get me a quote and complete the project in less than 24 hours. Outstanding work from Dave who was extremely easy to work with and attentive.

My family and I had to lay our matriarch to her final resting place this week. Due to the short time period, I had designed the funeral programs and had them printed at the shop I work at in Wisconsin. Once with the family, a few minor edits came about on the day of the wake.

I called a few shops in town on that Friday, in the Sterling/Roc Falls area--Pinney was 3rd in list order--they were the first to answer the call. I explained my situation and the specs of the job (200 copies of a 2-sided, half-letter, 4/1, on cream cover stock) and immediately they said they would be able to help.

After a quick chat with the Estimator to determine the exact stock, I sent a 4-up imposed file to them around 2pm. By 2:45 I had received word that the programs were ready!

Having worked in a POD environment, I was still blown away by that speed; order inception to completion in an hour! (As a production artist I made sure to send a perfect print-ready file so as to not have to work through any prepress process, which may have saved time, but I don't think it would have added much time if it did have to go through prepress processing).

When I arrived to pick up everything, everyone I saw shared their sympathies and condolences about my grandmother. I was overwhelmed with a sense of community love in that difficult time.
