When the caregivers were here they did a wonderful job. The problem was they were late or never showed up. I would call the sterling office constantly have to leave a message and most of the time I never got a call back from anyone. 20 hours a week for my mom I went weeks, months getting 10 to maybe 16 hours if I was lucky.

Tried to work here as a caregiver did orientation everything and the person that was supposed to contact me to set up my client schedule never called me and when I have a call every week to check in if they had any clients for me, she got an attitude with me and yelled at me and then I just never got a callback after wasting my time plus never getting paid for orientation like I was supposed to. Whatever on to bigger and better things. I’ve heard such bad things about this company now so I’m glad it didn’t work out!
