Hi my name is Philip Zigler I worked there for 5 1/2 years. While I was there got to see many people come and go, but I learned a lot of things. While I was there I learned to work the floor jobs witch concest many different jobs at ounce anywhere between 5 to 12 floor jobs. I did that for 2 years or more, then became cell support witch excluded cleaning the material hopper out purging barrel out getting it ready for the next job going in. Setting the new job up for the next run Then I became a forklift operator moving things out from the presses or getting stuff they needed. I liked what I did I was one of many that got let go. Hopefully they will call me back or if I have to I will go through Manpower in Sterling IL to start over. I would like to come back. (Lots of fun things to do every year Halloween parties, Christmas parties and gathering.

I enjoyed working at PnP, it has a calm atmosphere. (Waiting to be called back.🙂

I have a friend that works in the industry & I or them don’t think it’s right they only get 4 days off in month. They need more to spend at home with their families. People are tired after a long day of work, just to look forward to another 12 days in a row with no time off. They should be able to have shorts break through out the day, with a notice that they have a 30 minute work break.

They don't follow their own policies. In the hand out they gave to employees it said they would get a point if they were 7 minutes late but kept giving my sister who was only late once in a while and only by 1 or 2 minutes points. Then when she went to appeal the points their "HR" (like one guy) denied it so she got fired. Terrible work place behavior on the companies part

1st 13.50hr
2nd 14.50hr
3rd 15.50hr
40hrs per week/ no overtime
If your a temp you don't qualify for the company bonus every 3 months I believe and any holidays you don't get paid for that as well
There's more Temps on each shift then actual hired on employees and to get hired takes about a year if your lucky.
