En plus, they have cafeteria, clean restroom and restaurant cross street opens at 10 a.m.

It's a metal warehouse, they take their time to organize everything.

In front of the blue warehouse is a small road that takes you right to the docks. You won't see it on the GOOGLE map, I'll try to mark it...

Once you get to the docks you have plenty of room to maneuver the truck.
