I cancelled my service and received bills for 6 months after I called back each month to cancel. I eventually had to shut of my debit card to get them to stop billing me. After I finally got it cancelled for real due to non payment I played the remaining balance they said I owed in cancels fees and was happy to done with them. I just got a bill from collections for the trash can even though they had picked it up 2 months ago. I would strongly caution against using them as they will never let you cancel and 1-2 times a month when I had them they wouldn't even take our trash. Absolutely terrible customer service the entire time and they won't stop billing me even though I no longer have their services.
