The maintenance guys lamont & the other worker Was very respectful they kept me informed of what they were doing very neat and in a timely fashion I'm very happy with this new vanity

Beautiful mobile home park. Lawns are manicured and the homes are all new or newer. The residents are friendly and actually talk to you. I would live here definitely. All I can say is to take a look at this area!

I moved here before the Community was sold to Yes Communities. My wife and I liked the fact that it was 90% Home Owners and Primarily Senior Citizens. Which a family setting is fine. Yards were groomed roads were nice and residents took pride in there homes. Some homeowners now have moved out new homes brought in are all Rented and they are not following any guidelines. It's 4th of July Weekend and the last 4 nights have been some of the best firework shows in Springfield. The elderly residents are scared to death that there homes are going to get hit firework garbage all over the neighborhood and this was not allowed when I moved in. Nothing about fireworks in the guidelines. But you are Not Supposed to use a charcoal grill. Fremont Grove has become lawless and it is obvious background checks are not near as stringent as The previous company. These residents don't have money to purchase a shed but have thousands to compromise the community.??
