Been here almost 3 years. The new management team is amazing and the community is looking better and better. Love the newly paved roads. Any time I’ve ever had an issue they make sure I’m taken care of and deal with the issue quickly. I love living here. Very quiet community.

A nice, quiet place to live. The manager is a great guy who does his best to keep everyone happy while juggling a dozen things at once. Lot rent is one of the cheapest in the area. If you want to live in a mobile home, you could find a home here.

The community is sure looking better with the new trailers and newly paved roads. The new office workers are very friendly.
