Our experience with Shaun Ashley from REMAX was absolutely fantastic. He was strongly recommended by a close friend. He started by stopping by and suggesting small improvements to be done before listing. Then he made us feel confident about the listing price. He knew what he was doing, we had several offers above asking price within the first couple of hours.

He was the moment that Shaun went above and beyond... The buyer's inspector left a mess and several things didn't work properly after the inspection. It was late and I was stuck at work. Shaun responded late in the evening to help my wife get the house back in order. I did not ask or expect that from Shaun. You don't see that level of service anymore.
