I just moved from Montana to the KC area and we were lucky enough to have Lance as our realtor. He exceeded our expectations every step of the way! Before we even left Montana he gave us video tours on a large selection of houses so we could get a good idea of what there is in different areas at different prices. He was never too busy and always communicated everything. He is extremely knowledgeable of what to look out for when buying a house and made sure we were making a great decision. We could not have done this without him and he made this normally stressful decision easy. He is the best of the best!

I would recommend Holli Albertson to anyone needing a realtor. We had a somewhat unusual situation and a very specific wish list, and I frankly thought we wouldn’t get there in our budget. Holli was so patient, positive, and most of all efficient and eager to educate us about our options. When we found our unicorn, she guided us through every step of the process, and believe me when I say she wasn’t dealing with the easiest of clients. She was the perfect combination of helpful without being pushy. Five stars!

We were blessed to work with Lance directly, and I mean truly blessed. I meant to leave a review a long while back, because he helped us find an amazing first home, nearly 2 years ago. We appreciate you, Mr. Tomlin. The whole process, once Lance picked us up, went pretty fast, but so smooth. Everyone in the office, involved with the home buying process, were super kind and… encouraging, which was needed, because buying our first home made us a bit nervous. It was always an excited “yay” or “congratulations” and just super supportive words, anytime we had to go to the office or speak to anyone in the office during escrow, it was a pleasant experience. I appreciate the whole office for their seemingly small, but actually large support. I love the networking he does, they offer pies in the fall and send out the sports calendars for the major and minor leagues/teams. I speak highly of him and would recommend him to anyone.
