Woods Chapel KinderCare

Before coming to kindercare my two grandkids 2 and 4 (boys) attended another daycare which they where kicked out of and treated unfair(they are kids) and here at kindercare they understand kids are not always on their best behavor. They worked with my grandkids who has had many obstacles alone the way. Miss kiki and her staff misty miss kat and many others pulled together and worked with my grandkids who had behavior that they SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH. BUT THEY ROLLED THERE SLEVES UP AND WORKED WITH US. AND THING'S GOT BETTER AND THEY HAVE DONE GOOD. I see other reviews about the turn overwhich all jobs habe maybe its the pay people don't stay. I know its not the people in the building. Everybody know every child by name even if its not there teacher
And that speaks volume to me. The daycare has responsibility and so do the parents and THATS wihat i love we can all work together. Give miss kiki and her current staff raises cause the reviews before miss kiki came are not good. But things have changed. Nothing is perfect so i give a E for effort. Good job miss kiki you guys are great.i appreciate you.

I have had my child attend at this school, we recently left because we moved. The staff was pretty awesome with our child. Anytime we had an issue it was resolved quickly. The whole team meet our needs and he director Ms. Sabrina was pretty awesome.

I am so excited for the Woods Chapel KinderCare! Miss Sabrina has breathed new life into this center. Her focus is always on the children and what is best for them. She is building a team of educators that will create a fun and engaging learning environment. I can't wait to see all the wonderful things that will be happening at Woods Chapel!

We have utilized this daycare for while and have placed 7 children here . The staff are very friendly, helpful and caring. We appreciate the great communication between staff and family. Even when our daughter got kicked out - we know that they did everything possible to accommodate her. They still ask how she Is doing. The Director, Amanda Walker- Clark is truly amazing and she has hired some special teachers and workers! The communication is key for us and they are able to keep us informed via phone, email, and the software program !!
Originally not a fan of chain daycares - I have changed my mind because of the excitement our children show when we pull up.... to go inside and learn, play and to be loved !!

We LOVE all of the teachers at KinderCare on a woods chapel road! They are so nice and so helpful! Our kids LOVE them and love going to “school” there! They’ve learned a lot and our 3 year old loves his teacher who he’s had for over a year now!

The management team led by Sabrina has been great.

I have been taking my 2 boys here for about 6 months now the reviews left within the last few months couldn't be further from my experience here. Have we had our challenges. Absolutely. But that's where Ms. Sabrina, Ms. Olivia and Ms. Misty come in to play. We are in constant communication with them at all times. If their is an issue that happened at daycare we are made aware immediately. And if my wife and i had an issue it was always taken care of swiftly. My now 18 month old was not always excited to go to daycare, but now he walks in with a big smile on his own.He even gives them kisses on the cheek. When he got here he was extremely shy. Now he waves at people he hardly knows. With the help of Ms. Misty and the other ladies in the infant room my 5 month is continuing to be healthy and happy. These ladies are absolutely excellent with the babies. I've never seen them hold a baby wrong, treat them wrongly, in any type of way. I honestly don't know how they do it. Ms Sabrina i also couldn't say enough about. Her presence and love for the kids is felt even when she's gone. The love she has brought to this place is incredible.

Very very expensive compared to other places, and they struggled to have enough staff to have their regular teachers in their room daily. Seemed like a very frantic operation for the cost.

This place is horrible. My neice has come home with marks and has said the teachers are mean...When my sister asked the teachers they have no answers to what happened and dont acknowledge when being asked if they are mean to the kids... Also, the director is very weird and acts like she knows nothing.
This is very concerning becaause these are BABIES.

This place is pretty bad. 90% turnover of employees. It is obvious most of the teachers do not care. Many rule violations. No one really has any idea about how the kids days went, any injuries, or even if they really ate. Badly behaved children and not caring teachers results in a dangerous environment both mentally and physically. There used to be very good teachers at this location...Sabrina is AWFUL. Watch out for that one.

Treats kids very poorly. Kids are handled aggressively by staff members both in the classroom and on the playground while waiting for pickup. Children return home with bruises. Management doesn’t listen to the parents concerns when this is brought to their attention! Multiple accounts have been reported and ignored!

My grandson was treated so poorly and abusive!!! He came home almost EVERYWEEK with horrible bumps and bruises! One day his teacher was seen using her knee to hit him in his chest, a 2 year old!! When this was brought to the attention of the supervisor SABRINA they labled the child as a "problem child" There is a problem here and its not with the children!!
You can NEVER see the classrooms. They wouldn't even give the teachers name!!!
NEGLECT, ABUSIVE, LIEING, CARELESS, BULLIES, BULLIES, BULLIES.
HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING THEY BULLIES A 2 YEAROLD,
WATCH OUT FOR YOUR CHILDREN BECAUSE YOU ARE THEIR "PROTECTOR" AND THESE PEOPLE LIE ABOUT THE TRUTH!!
I wouldn't take my fur babies here much my child! SCANDELOUS PEOPLE!

I overheard Sabrina speaking poorly of another child, very unprofessional. It breaks my heart to know she feels the need to speak about another child like that. Makes me wonder if she actually cares about our children more than it being a job!!

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD(REN) HERE. As long as this location is ran by Sabrina Bratton you will ALWAYS have issues. She constantly lies. Try's to tell you she has kids and "understands" but she doesn't have kids. She will NEVER communicate with you first, im assuming because she doesn't like confrontation or you challenging her little bit of intelligence. I had reported Sabrina TWICE to the Regional manager. After the 1st time it was obvious her tactics were to get me to pull my child. Completely lying on the type of behavior of my child. When asked for copies of the 3rd party opinion who receives these behavior logs, she goes silent. The Teachers were NOT doing their job in providing a educational curriculum or following the program. One of their staff members reached out to me who had a child in my child's same class, telling me she was transferring because her kids were not getting the care to her standard... AND SHE WAS A CURRENT EMPLOYEE! They let these kids run like wild animals while they sit there and do nothing. I had a major hospital visit injury with my child who had a possible CONCUSSION due to the height of the fall. Sabrina blamed my Childs injury on himself, a 2 year old. WHERE WAS THE SUPERVISION! There are no toys as you can see in the pictures. My last straw was when i arrived at the daycare facility earlier than usual and witness and teach kneeing my child who i saw was already upset and crying. I have attached a copy of the "oh so dear response" from the Director Sabrina. Apparently the confidentiality of her staff is more important that the safety of a child. This daycare center is all about your money and thats it! I am a native to this area and i've already saved a couple people the headache of this disaster and ill continue to do it.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE! The problems here are to much to even type. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
