amazing customer service! it’s always quick and very calming in the office. very knowledgeable staff and happy to answer any questions and offer recommendations for your specific needs. always makes me feel very comfortable, especially since I don’t enjoy the dentist very much. keeps me updated on upcoming appointments and calls for confirmation. very easy to reschedule appointments and the staff is always extremely friendly.

Burr Oak is the best. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They got my husband right in. He got an infected tooth 2 weeks after joint replacement, which is significant. They knew everything to do making the situation as stress free as possible. Thank you to all who are part of Burr Oaks Family Dentistry.

They were absolutely wonderful. Staff was all friendly and understanding. I got a tooth pulled and it was quick and easy! I came in because I was having pain in my tooth, and they gave me different options. It took under 30 minutes to numb my mouth and take the tooth out. So much better than my last experience at a different dentist. Definitely would recommend them! They are wonderful!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Burr Oaks Family Dental office on September 9, 2024. Dr. Clay Schwinke was so thorough and took his time explaining my situation. Aubrey is a super star hygienist who cleaned my teeth excellently explaining everything along the way. The office staff are very personable and most helpful. This was my first appointment at Burr Oaks Dental and I I was impressed. Burr Oaks Dental will be my dental office from now on. It’s just great!

Easily one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in three states and two different countries, and Burr Oak Dental made me feel like I was some sort of VIP client during my new patient appointment. Timely, thorough, courteous and explained every finding or process along the way. The hygienist, doctor, receptionist- all outstanding. BONUS: they Didn’t make me feel guilty for having missed my previous annual follow-ups or for not flossing religiously. 10/10

This was my first visit to Burr Oak Dental. Melissa was my hygienist and she was awesome, very thorough! I can’t remember the name of the dentist I saw but he was great as well. I look forward to continuing my care with them.

Always a great experience from basic teeth cleaning to more in depth procedures. Everyone takes their time making you feel comfortable and I love that Dr. Cole makes sure I’m informed on what’s happening with my dental care down to each step. And the same goes for the receptionists, they’re so pleasant and helpful. Love it!

Dr. Cole, and staff… amazing! Dr. Cole is excellent, The Cadillac of dentistry, if you will. He’s Extremely precise, great bedside manner, and very thorough. They got me in same day, and treated me very well. Dr. C, and his assistant Crystal 👌🏽 you guys are the best. I’m beyond impressed and especially grateful, that I’ve found a dentistry place that genuinely cares. Thank you so much!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this office! From the greeting at the front desk, the hygienist who took care and time with me, dentist chicken here, and the kind dentist who explained everything in a way that made sense to me. Honestly, this is a great dental practice and I would recommend Burr Oak to anybody!

This place reminds me of the dentist office back home. My father use to work for him so it was the only dentist we would see as a kid. My whole family trusted him he was like family. When I moved to Missouri I was very scared to find an new dentist. I decided I would see my husbands dentist and I was so amazed by this place. They didn't tell me I have cavities to make a quick buck of me. They accommodate my requests for my treatment and the still let me know what they think is best. They always keep an open dialog. This office is truly amazing. This place does feel like family. We all know about everyone's personal lives and it is so much fun catching up with everyone. BTW I am 40 and I do not have one cavity. 🙂

My first experience with Burr Oak Family Dental - Excellent choice, great staff, great doctors.
Had pretty bad tooth pain on a tooth that had been plaguing me for over a year. I'd looked at several other options thinking I probably need to go to one of the emergency type clinics but after calling and explaining my situation they squeezed me in on a full schedule and was able to pull the bad tooth and sent me on my way in only 1 hours' time.
I'm still blown away with the service they provided, thank you Burr Oak Family Dental for such a great experience!

The office staff and Dr. Clay were all very kind and thorough. They made sure I had any questions about my care answered. I appreciated their approach to dental care with options and not jumping to costly procedures & fixes unless necessary.

I haven’t been to a dentist in 6 years. My last dental hygenist was very judgemental and it made it really uncomfortable. So 2 years ago when I got dental insurnace again I really avoided going. My friend suggested I go to Burr Oak Dental because she had a great experinence. I saw Crystal, a hygenist, and I told her why I hadn’t gone in so long. She was so nice and caring. I will definitely be going back to her. The Dentist, Cole, was also very nice and we discussed my treatment plan. I will be going next month for some fillings. Overall the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I hope to be sending them lots of referrals!

I always have the best experience at Burr Oak Family Dental! They are efficient and always do such a good job with my cleanings and fillings. Everyone in the office is so nice and makes me feel so comfortable while I'm there. Highly recommend them!

I have been going to Burr Oak Family Dental for 2 years now. I used to be so scared of the dentist due to prior bad experiences, however, here at Burr Oak they are so gentle, they teach you about proper dental care, all while making you feel comfortable and cared for! I could not recommend them more!
