I normally don’t write reviews, however Scott and his team went beyond my expectations!!! To make a long story short…. They diagnosed my car with a bad Turbo Charger and Quoted price to repair. Scott told me a possible warranty on the turbo charger, well I checked and there was!!! So dealer replaced for free!! Then down the road another tech advised of possible warranty on converter! What I am saying is they value the customer over the almighty dollar!!! Rare these days !!!

Not my normal review, but my fiance and I have to give a lot of praise to Scott's Auto, we've normally been able to get all of our own mechanical work done ourselves, but when we've run into trouble Scott's has been there with advice on the repair or an offer of some amazing service to help get us back up and moving.

Have been to them 2 times in the last few months and they're service has been impeccable. He was straightforward and explained everything very well. As well as being very polite and helpful to my wife (which I can't say about other mechanic shops in blue springs). I hope nothing else happens to my ride, but I will be taking it back to these guys if it does.
I've been now going to these guys for the last 9 years. Taken multiple cars and still have straightforward honest fixes at a fair price. Will continue to keep going there.

I just had my vehicle in for some routine maintenance. As usual the work was done at a fair price and done professionally. I know these folks to be honest and trustworthy, as I have been doing business with Scott back when it was him and his Father Larry! They ALWAYS do a great job, they are fair, and have proved to me repeatedly their honesty and integrity. There are have been several times with my sometimes high mileage cars where they could have lied to me, but did not. In one case they replaced a transmission for me in a car with over 150,000 miles on it, because they made a mistake when filling the transmission fluid. Everyone makes mistakes although with the crew at Scott's that is a very rare occurrence. However in this case they could have lied and just said it was a high mileage car. They did not lie to me, they replaced the transmission. My best guess if someone brings their car here for service and they are dissatisfied, you would be hard pressed to make me believe it was them, it was more than likely you! This is the ONLY place I take my vehicles for repair, and have recommended them to close friends and they love the place too! The best place to take your car for honest, professional repair work and maintenance.

Excellent! If there was one word to describe the service at Scott's Auto Express... that's it! I've been leery of going to mechanics without a personal recommendation, as some that I've gone to have been shady. I found Scott's via a quick Google search, and decided that a 4.5+ star reviewed place was worth taking a chance on. I'm so very glad I did. These guys were awesome. I needed an alignment on my car and they got me in and out in just over a half an hour. The front office guy, Blane, was as friendly and knowledgeable about cars as anyone I've ever met. As another reviewer said, no one wants car troubles, but if you do need something fixed, it's worth your time to go see Scott's. Heck, even if my next issue takes 4 hours to fix, I'd wait the whole time in the front lobby just to shoot the breeze with Blane! I will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone I talk to who needs auto service, and they've definitely won my business for life!

Scott's Auto Express is the only place I will take my vehicles. They are honest, hardworking, caring people. They take care of all our service needs. They have our trust; we recommend them all the time.

We have been getting our vehicles serviced and repaired there since Scott was a child. His father Larry Sinclair founded the company and his son Scott has carried on his father's legacy. Most honest and reasonably priced place to get work done on your vehicle. They won't repair something if it doesn't need it. They keep you informed. Why would you go anywhere else.

I called Scott to try to get my car in to him since I had heard he was the best. Even though he had no openings, he spent the time with me on the phone to get information about the issue, and recommend a plan for how to move forward with addressing it. He was polite, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me figure out what was going on, though he knew from the beginning that he wasn't going to make a profit out of doing so. If I EVER need car work in the future, this is where I'm taking my business.
