Monday, September 23rd, me and my best friend were traveling in her RV from our recent trip from Branson Missouri to our home in Frankfort, Kentucky, when we had a blowout on 2 tires. After contacting her road side assistance only to learn they wanted to tow the RV. They gave us a few numbers to contact for tires and Christian Auto was one of them. We were so blessed to learn they had the tires we needed and sent their employee Matt out within 30 minutes to help us. He was most polite and made us feel comfortable. Excellent service! From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a “hello” and a smile. Information about my car was provided along with pictures showing what all was tested and looked at. The shuttle service was extremely helpful and made it convenient for me to drop my car off and get to work on time and then be picked back up and brought to Christian Brothers Automotive when my car was finished!

This was my first experience with this car repair and maintenance shop. They performed an oil change and tire rotation plus vehicle inspection. They found a couple of minor things that they said could be done with the next oil change. They said that my almost 9-year-old car was in good shape. The employee who waited on me was professional and friendly. The waiting room was clean and bright with comfortable seating. They also have good coffee. I didn’t use the complimentary shuttle service but plan to in the future if needed. I will definitely go back!

Christian Brothers located at highway 40 in Independence, Missouri did an outstanding service on my vehicle. From the ease of scheduling an appointment to the actual appointment itself, Christian Brothers made the experience painless and easy. I highly recommend them for your next service needs. They even have s shuttle service to take you home during your appointment.

Highly recommend! I had my car towed to them and they had it fixed with repairs approved by my warranty company within 48 hours! Their staff kept in communication with me constantly and were by far the greatest. They fought to get me covered by warranty and took care of my vehicle. 10/10!

Never had repair work done at Christian Brothers Automotive prior to May 7, 2024. My experience was very good. Excellent communication on every level. Tim the owner, took his own personal time (outside normal business hours) to contact us regarding a issue we had with our vehicles repair. *A pleasant and surprising change in the Auto Industry. Plenty of other repair shops have left people hanging without arrangements for help; sticking to their shops schedules. Tim arranged for our vehicle to be handled ASAP with clear instructions on drop off. Their mechanics did a great job; got work done & required, to get us back on the road. A very decent price as well, for a repair well done! We will be bringing in more cars for repair as needed in future & recommending Christian Brothers *Independence, to all our family & friends... Very nice people! Excellent customer service. It's just a shame that mechanic prices can be 3-4x what you'd pay if you fix it yourself. Still, if you have the money to spend, these guys are worth it!

Very accommodating. The price quoted on an alignment was the price charged. I was looking for a good auto repair shop to service my vehicle that was less expensive than dealerships but able to give me sound advice on my vehicle needs. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and all personnel were dressed professionally as one would expect for an auto repair shop. I will definitely return when I need additional servicing on my vehicle.

Always knowledgeable & helpful. They communicate through all the repairs and ensure you know exactly what needs to be done to your vehicle. They are not a pushy/up-selling shop. Very professional and ensure our cars operate safely & last us as long as possible.

Only people I can trust leaving my car with. Last time I took my previous vehicle to Adams Toyota and my rims were scraped as well as obvious tire wear from someone joyriding my property. I had been looking for a great group of people I can go to for repairs for my vehicle for quite some time.. and I found them wow Christian Brothers went above and beyond my expectations and was very positive and polite and time I talked with them. I even called after they already had out work order in and asked if the can add on to it with much respect and politeness they took on the extra work letting me know each time something change on the repairs… will I go back HECK YES WILL I CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND THEM DIFFERENTLY…. Christian Brothers Automotive Independence Missouri are very dependable and courteous. They do their best to meet your every need. They are patient with those of us who forget our appointments or need extra explanations.I recommend them for whatever need you may have large or small. No job is too tough for them.
I went for my last time to have my pre trip inspection done since I am moving out of state. I wish I could take them with me to Florida. I am going to miss them. Their honesty is a rare commodity. They looked at my work van and were quickly able to diagnose it. He told me what the cost would be but also told me the IF’s of what could happen.
I was surprised that at the end, it was the original quoted price and I didn’t end up getting charged for the things that could need replaced. So many shops will tell you things need replaced In order to add up large bills. That wasn’t the case here. I’m glad they are honest and reliable.

They know what they are doing. They brought me home when I left my Highlander, and then brought it to my house when it was finished. Their pricing is reasonable. I also took my Tundra to them last week for license inspection and oil and filter change. They got it done in about an hour. Great service.

These guys are awesome! They update you with pictures of the service while it's being done, will give you a ride home and back to the shop when your car is ready. I'm not going anywhere else. 🥰

Fantastic work! I had my front right strut pop off my car and when I called they quickly helped me get an appointment with no wait time. Everyone that I meet was super friendly and straight forward with no lame salesman pitches. They showed what was wrong with pictures, gave their recommendations, called in to update me on what was happening, and finished in amazing time. Christian Brothers makes auto repair fast and simple as it should be

They did a very professional Job of doing my state inspection! Honest men! I went to Firestone before and they tried to charge me over 1k for break line repairs that were not needed. Christian brothers were honest about my break lines working fine. Great place!
