Bird Automotive - Blue Springs

Took my 2017 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel in for an alignment. At the time it was not scheduled just asked if they could fit it in and they said no problem. Service writer was very courteous and professional. They had the alignment done and steering wheel was back to being strait without any pull side to side on the road. I discussed with staff what potential general maintenance (oil changes, inspection and tire rotation) would cost and they are truly reasonable. Since they are close to home will be giving them a try with further vehicle maintenance needs.

Super friendly guys! I'm a first time customer and they got me right in. They address what needed fixed and got it done at a reasonable price. I notice that they had personal relationships with their return customers that came in that day. Very refreshing! My truck is running great now! I'll definitely use them again.

What I love about Bird Automotive is the attention to detail of the service. They are great about not only fixing your car quickly and correctly, but they give detailed reports about upcoming issues your vehicle is going to have. This helps you not only avoid being stranded, but also helps you prepare financially so your not caught off guard. And all upcoming service needs are broken down by a simple rating system so you can tell what is urgent or simply standard maintenance. Very helpful for those who aren't very mechanically inclined. And customer service is probably the best I've had at any shop in town. Lastly all estimates I've had from them have been reasonably priced when i have googled the average cost of a service, so prices are fair! Solid 5 stars 🌟

This was my first visit and I loved it. Marcus was awesome! I feel like I was in and out within 30 minutes. They even have snacks and drinks available free while you wait. Definitely, my go to place now.

I believe I’ve found my auto repair and upkeep shop. They were very nice and professional. Very personable too. They seemed to know all the customers by name and were really respectful. Great communication. I had an oil change, a vehicle checkup, and an A/C repair. They messaged me with a detailed list of findings and recommendations complete with cost. All their prices are in line with other places. They were very clear about the process and time frame and were very accommodating (even offering a loaner at no cost to me). They said “whatever we can do to help”. All the work was completed during the timeframe with no surprises. The A/C works great now. Regardless of what people may think of auto repair costs, there is no substitute for piece-of-mind. I’ve found that at Bird Automotive. I highly recommend them.

Great experience with Bird automotive. They provide clean and comfortable waiting area. Very thorough inspection. Brought me back to see what needed to be fixed and provided detailed estimate. Loaner car would be available during repairs! Friendly and courteous staff. I would definitely recommend their services!

Great service. We’ve traveled all over for the last four years and this service was the best we’ve received from an automotive place. More importantly we could actually tell the difference the first time we drove the car after the repair. They went above and beyond and tacked up our dust cover that had dropped and was dragging and that looks so much better. We’ve put a lot of hard miles on this car and they have given us more quality life out of our vehicle. THANKS to the whole team.

Our alternator went out & our regular mechanic couldn't get us in. Bird's was able to getus in same day & get us moving. We have since been back twice - once for breaks & once for a tune up/oil change and both times the work was great & prices were fair. Looks like we have a new regular mechanic!

Bird Automotive is legit. Markus and his crew are professional and very thorough. I brought mycar in as it needed a lot of engine work and he gave me a great assessment of the issues and I have been very pleased with all of our communication. I even have brought my daughters car in as it needed work and the crew at Bird Automotive took care of it ASAP. I highly recommend these guys as they are fair and honest. Bird Automotive is very professional and customer service oriented. They provided a ride home and back to pick up my car. The waiting room is clean. They have water, coffee, snacks, and even wireless phome chargers in the waiting room. My car was serviced and repairs done at the estmated cost and time frame. Excellent service!

This is our new “go-to” place for a local mechanic. Place seemed individually owned and not part of a chain. It was little after 3pm when we rolled into this place. We got right in without having to make an appointment They inspected and diagnosed our vehicle that afternoon. We needed parts and they were going to be delivery the following business morning. So, we dropped the van off and put the key in there drop box the night before. They did great work, was friendly and their price was very reasonable for work we had done. Vehicle was finished a little after lunch time. It all went very smooth and our van runs great again.

It should be noted, this place was very clean and spacious. Comfortable waiting room and parking lot was easy to maneuver your car around when dropping off and picking up.

Need a something done…go here first.

Received a fair estimate for some extensive engine repair work all my with a clear explanation of the work to be performed. Communication was timely and the work was started and completed as scheduled. A very positive experience.

We just took our Tundra in for an oil change and tire rotation. They recognized that our front brake pads desperately needed replacing. Which was VERY important information since we were days away from pulling our travel trailer on a 9 hour camping trip! Thank you Bird Automotive!

Its never pleasant having to take your car in for repairs, but this has been a relief to do business with these guys, they have kept me informed, put up with my insurance making things hard and failing to do their job of quickly taking care of a 40+ year customer, but they stayed with me and have been great to work with.
