I can not speak highly enough of Dilday Automotive!!! I have had my car serviced there twice now and each time I have felt so comforted and reassured by the staff. As a twenty-something’s single woman, car shops are always daunting to me and give me lots of anxiety. Dilday makes sure to explain exactly what’s going on to me and they have never ever overcharged me. In fact, they have told me not to spend money on certain things that they didn’t think were necessary, which I have never experienced at any other car shop. Their communication and professionalism is top notch and you really can’t beat the pricing. They are extremely fair and understanding! I just had to leave a review because it is so rare for me to have a good experience getting my car serviced and Dilday always exceeds my expectations and eases my anxiety so much!

The mechanics at Dilday Automotive are excellent at what they do! Dallas took time to research my Jeep and fixed it right the first time. I appreciate that he also took the time to clearly explain what the problem was. It’s great to have found a shop that value honesty. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else!

Came in on a drive from Florida and my CV boot went bad! Explained my situation to them and they got me in quick and fixed the issue for me. Was very grateful for the help and Mr. Dilday was very kind and said he's been in a similar situation before and just wanted to help out. Hard to find honest and kind mechanics like this where I'm from!

I recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done they are skilled, honest , and pretty quick. Also they might not be the cheapest but they sure aren't the most expensive and you definitely get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and trust them with your next automotive necessity!

You know when you are looking for a place if you have moved or you are just over the place you have been in the past who really aren't doing it for your automotive needs anymore...don't sweat it! Dilday is the place to go! They are very trustworthy, great on price and they won't do unnecessary work and charge you for it! They also work on boats which is awesome! When we have something come up or have questions Dilday Automotive is where we go and you should too! We are thankful we found them because we can't imagine our lives without them! Was referred here by Christian Brothers, who have been extra busy lately. Dropped my SUV off and they had it fixed and back to me within a few hours. And the cost wasn't much either. Will definitely keep them in mind when I need automotive repairs done. My parents even ended up taking their vehicle there the next week when they had some issues.

The people who own and operate this business truly care about their customers. They have repaired my car over the years quickly and correctly. Always reasonably priced. As a woman, I appreciate that I can Confidently be assured that they are always honest

After having a “fender bender” I drove into their lot and the owner and manager came out and spent 25 minutes making my car safe and drivable until a body shop could work me in as we had 8” of snow and they were backed up!

When they were finished I followed them inside to pay. They looked at me and said, “Merry Christmas!” No charge. I’d been a good customer of theirs for many years! This says a lot about the quality and humanity of this business.

I strongly refer anyone who needs car repairs to give them a try. You won’t be sorry.

This has got to be the most honest, reliable and capable shop anywhere in the Kansas City area. Went again today and once again I am beyond impressed and happy with the entire experience!

My recently deceased husband started using them for everything with his F150 & my '06 Taurus. I believe the man he always dealt with is named either David or Dale. My husband was retired from Ford, very particular about who he used for any vehicle repairs etc. They were honest to deal with and reasonably priced. They have key drop so you can drop off your car if not open. I highly recommend.

Great shop, It was the only shop I could find in Jackson county that works with the new Freon system "R1234y" for my 2017 civic. And i'm glad I found them my local Honda dealership in lee's summit wanted over $500 to try to find the problem with my cars AC where Dilday was able to fix my car for 1/5 the price. Thanks again guys can't tell you how much stress that took off my shoulders.

Glenn has been working on my vehicles for 30 years and he has always been upfront and straightforward. I would recommend him to anyone’s grandma because he treats everyone kindly and explains everything that anyone can understand. He is a plain ol’ down to earth guy who knows how to work hard for a living(not ripping people off). He always stands behind his work and shoots straight but will not sell you something you don’t need. Thanks Glenn for being one of those shops that understands the value of a hard earned dollar.

Professional Automotive Techs, honest dependable service never any guesses to correct repair/s. In this day of vehicle manufacturers being less than truthful about an issue with one of its products, most importantly a safety issue it's piece of mind to know that a concern I have with a vehicle is made a matter of fact. And that coupled with reasonable repair rates assures a "no rip-off factor" feeling as you drive away. Oh they probably wont admit to being the place other auto/marine repair businesses take a unit they themselves cannot figure out they also cannot deny it!!

After a year plagued with headlight issues, I had Dildays install and modify aftermarket headlights.. Theyre professionalism and attention to my concerns was WELL above the standard bar set by other autoshops. Attention to detail and quality of work was the best Ive ever had.
