I’ve had nothing but great experiences here the last 3.5 years I have been a patient. I love my doctor (Dr. Nyguen) and my husband also receives care here from the NP (Itkonen). Great beside manner, timely (for the most part, no one is perfect), and truly take the time to understand patient concerns/issues. Only complaint is that sometimes they are booked a little far out, but again, I love the care we receive here.

Very appreciative of the office being so great working with my concerns as I'm learning more about growing older.

As a new patient I was very impressed. The office was very friendly and efficient, honoring the appointment time. Labs were conveniently done as soon as my appointment ended. Dr Stokes was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me gathering my history and discussing my care. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Stokes.

It was the worst day of winter. My appointment was at 3:30, the worst time of the snow/ice storm! I needed a new doctor as we had just moved to Blue Springs. First, the staff , when I called to set an appointment two weeks earlier saw my need: new to town, new to state. No doctor, had needs in followup. So instead of just saying “come in 6 months, good luck with your problems”, Dr Scully made sure I was seen for my review. The office staff first saw my need, and the Dr had compassion on our need and saw us. Then in the day of the appointment he could have closed his office. It was that bad. But they got me in early, there had been cancellations, and he was a doctor of reason and truth. I will always be thankful for the sacrifice that day. It was my first visit, and a good start for medical care in a new area. Thumbs up for staff and Dr Scully. Thank you!

Been a patient for 20 years here! Great care from the drs and nurses. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a primary doctor.

Sarah Doll is amazing! She listens to your concerns and treats you with respect. She truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her! The office is clean and welcoming. Staff greet you with a smile and the nurses are wonderful!

I’ve been coming to this location for about 5 years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff. Most recently, I’ve started seeing Dr. Fleming, and she is just absolutely wonderful! She listens to what I have to say, and she takes my input into account to help reach the best treatment for me. She has changed my life in such a positive way!

As I've only been twice so far I can tell you I've been impressed with how they have treated me. I had a horrible primary care doctor and on my mother-in-law's recommendation I went to Dr. Scully office. He was booked up so I saw Amber. She actually listened to what I had to say! Not poo pooing me away as not knowing what I was talking about. She set up tests to try a figure out the problem instead of saying, "Well I think or it's nothing. " and sending me on my way. All the staff were all very friendly and actually had smiles under their masks. I think I'll keep them as primary care. They're great.

First of all, the front desk staff is great and greeted me promptly. The wait to have my name to be called wasn't long at all. Once the nurse took all my vitals, Dr. Scully was there to greet me with the utmost respect. Very thorough with my exam. From start to finish, the entire staff was great

I have been impressed by several instances of care we received from Dr. Williams and Sarah Doll. My husband was sent directly to the ER by Dr. Williams because he recognized and diagnosed correctly some cardiac problems that included getting a pacemaker! We will miss Dr. Williams! Sarah Doll recognized a problem on my legs as vein problems and recommended pursuing vein treatment which turned out to be at a critical stage. The nurses are capable, friendly and helpful along with the lab and office personnel. Many procedures can be performed at their location which is very helpful!

Dr. Skully was amazing with our special needs daughter. He took time to listen to our health issues and together we created a plan to resolve her health issues. I had struggled for 2 months, and following his plan, it was resolved in 2 days!

I’ve seen a few different providers in the office. I now see Sarah Doll, as my physician has retired. Sarah is very knowledgeable, extremely thorough and kind. I never feel like she is rushed. I always have positive interactions with front office staff, whether by phone, or in person. I’d recommend Sarah to any of my friends or family!

Sarah Doll NP and her Nurse Nicki are the most amazing team together. They always listen to my problems with care and love. They always make sure I'm well taken care of. They are my absolute favorite care givers!!!!

Dr. Scully has been my family doctor for decades.

From the moment I schedule an appointment, to walking in the door, then leaving, I feel like I’m at home.

Dr. Scully and nurses are so personable and make me feel comfortable every time. Been a patient for over 5 years and won't leave until he retires.

My husband and I both see Sarah Doll, nurse practitioner. We have found her knowledgeable and caring. You don't feel rushed when visiting her. She really listens.

I am always very pleased with the care provided by the staff and Sarah Doll, FNP. My visits are always conducted in a timely manner with professionalism from every person I meet. It's never a chore to go there for my annual physical or sporadic concerns.

Family Care of Eastern Jackson County is a great place to go for your healthcare. They are all very kind and helpful. I see Sarah (FNP). She is very easy going and very knowledgeable. She has always been available when I needed to see her about anything. I would definitely recommend Family Care.

The staff is always very friendly & super efficient. Dr. Scully the greatest doctor. He has always taken care of my concerns or refers me to a specialist if it's a medical condition that he doesn't specialize in. All in all from Dr. Scully to his entire staff they are just wonderful!! I highly recommend this office!!

Love this place and the people. Nicki always makes me feel welcomed and loved. She takes very good care of me along with Sarah. They have been through quite a confusing journey with me. Would definitely recommend them and this place to anyone! Thank you for all you guys do!
