The office seems a little outdated, but extremely clean. I have been to several doctors offices in the past. And my appointment with Michelle & Chelsea was by FAR the most incredible experience I've ever had! My doctor and nurse turned and faced towards me, actually took the time & actually listened to me. She even took the time and explained everything to me. And when I had to get blood drawn, it was the most painless experience. I actually left smiling! I definitely felt reassured that I was in genuine & caring hands!

Everyone is so nice and happy as soon as you walk in! You can tell they truly enjoy their jobs. From the receptionist, to the person that brought me back to check my vials, to Michelle , who was referred to me by a friend. She is so nice, genuine, and you can tell she really cares.

I found this practice due to my new insurance and wanting to stay in network. I was amazed from the phone call, and the actual care I received at this facility. I was blown away by how well I was taken care of. Dr Michelle Cass was awesome as well as all the staff at this facility. I would highly recommend this doctors office.

I have gone here for years now. Dr. Tran is one of the best doctors around. She listens to her patience and she knows the right questions to ask to get to the root of the problem. I couldn't ask for a better team. Her and Becky are hands down a wonderful team.

My NP (Stephany Hastings) is fantastic. She truly listened and helped to get my vertigo issue cleared up. I had been to several other Dr.'s and none of them could fix the problem. She is a credit to her profession.

Dr. Cass is amazing. I recommend this office highly to family and friends. I prefer using them over any of my other doctors. They really show care and support to their patients.

I honestly don't get how this place has a 3 star rating. I have a super hard time trusting doctors and I have been seeing Michelle Cass now for almost four years. She is amazing and always tries her best to get me the proper care that also goes with my "natural" approach to my health. She genuinely cares and I won't go anywhere else. The nursing staff are so sweet and attentive. They are patient with me when I have questions. The front staff are great as well and are very quick to help get me an appointment. Never had any billing issues thus far either. Love BSFC!

Got my blood drawn. I hate needles. I don't have tattoos because of it. The nurse was perfect. Never felt a thing.

Blue Springs Family Care has been my primary care doctor's office for many years. Over time I have seen all of the physicians and numerous nurses. My care is great. Always a clear assessment of my situation and treatment. Totally satisfied and I highly recommend them.

Stefany Hastings is a wonderful provider! She is caring and compassionate. She listens to all my concerns and I've never felt rushed. I know I can trust her with my health. I would recommend her 10 out of 10.

Stephanie Hastings is the best! Love this practice, great place to go.

This office has been my primary care facility for eight years. The doctors and staff are great. Also I can get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time.

Very quick and thorough and don't have to run all over town for x rays or labwork! All right there!

I See Dr. Tran and she is great. Spends the time with me and answers all questions. I have been going here for the last 4 yrs. Many good nurse practitioners here as well. I recommend this office.

Michelle Cass NP is wonderful. I’ve been going to her for a couple years. I’ve always chose to go to NP’s over Drs because they have a patient care background that they listen to the patient. I’ve never felt rushed when going to BSFC. I’ve never waited long periods in waiting room. I have seen NP Stephanie last week when Michelle was booked up and she was great too. They both seek out the answers to get to the root of my complaint and I always feel well taken care of.

Always treated like I'm of the most important person in the building, and with the best bedside manner I'd expect my mom to be treated with.

Coming from someone who almost refuses to go to any Doctor’s office due to prior experience, I have to say that this visit is a staple in changing my healthcare habits. Literally every single person that I came into contact with was genuinely sweet and it showed without a doubt. Cathy Billington was extremely patient and amazingly interactive when it came to listening to my concerns and let me just say, I had a ton of them! I had asked her for an extensive set of labs being that I hadn’t visited the doctors office in a very long time and she asked detailed questions and added every exam/lab/test that fit the description of my symptoms and stopped in the middle with a shocking look when she realized I was paying out of pocket. She then finished adding the labs and walked me to the billing specialist, Rhonda (who was also just as attentive and caring), who gave me a breakdown of the cost and offered an amazing discount because I was paying without insurance. The cost came out to be a fraction of what I had imagined and at no time did I feel like they were trying to tack on extra, irrelevant fees/tests or that they were holding back because they found out I was paying out of pocket. The young lady that conducted the E.K.G. (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) was also very interactive and had the sweetest demeanor.

I don’t usually post reviews unless someone is truly impactful. This doctor’s office was caring, straightforward, and cost effective and I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone.

I have been a patient here at Blue Springs Family Care for a few years now. I absolutely love this office. The hours are beyond flexible, Monday- Thursday they are open until 7 pm, they have weekend hours, and they have a provider on call every night of the week! Amazing service, amazing providers.
