Dr got me on correct meds because when I entered his office my blood pressure was very high. He did several tests to make sure I was not in danger. He's the best

I love this doctors office. Was on a hunt for a new doctor until I found Dr. Serafini it has been the best decisions. I hadn’t had a primary since high school and would just use a local urgent care room. Anytime in the last 10 months of being his patient I can always get in that day if not the next! Staff is always very nice. Dr. Serafini always goes above and beyond when it come to your health. Definitely recommend this doctors office!

Dr. Serafini is great, however he does tell it like it is. I love that he runs his own show, there is no big corporate influence here. This is the first doctor's office I have ever dealt with where I do not have to spend hours of my own time fixing billing errors, and his staff is professional and friendly.

He monitors my health and is patient in spite of my own lack of compliance at times. I do feel that I can be honest with him without having to deal with rude or dismissive comments. He is just very matter of fact about things and in my opinion conducts himself exactly as a doctor should.

He is not the guy to go see if you just want drugs for recreational use or if you want optimal health with no effort on your part. If you want honesty and respect for your time and intelligence then go see him, I think you will be glad you did. Plus his office is absolutely beautiful and easy to get to which I appreciate as well.

I am not sure what the bad reviews are all about?? I've been going to the doc for a few years now and not had any issues. He's not rude, he's direct and doesn't mince words. Maybe the younger generation takes that as rudeness, but guys like me appreciate it. If you want to be coddled, go find yourself a pediatrician to tend to your boo boo. He doesn't push pills, if anything he tries to optimize what you are already taking and if you don't need it, he'll tell you. The staff has always been great. If you don't like that he doesn't require a mask..here's a thought..DON"T GO IN!

I can see you from my own experience that Dr. Serafini is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He listens to what I tell him and he investigates the symptoms. He doesn’t send me on wild goose chase is to other doctors. He sends me for my test on a regular basis. I am always greeted with kindness and patience. He is a well-rounded physician. He says things in a way that is direct but not rude or condescending. If you want a great experiencePlease go visit this doctor.

I've been going to him for years. I love his straight forward, tell you exactly it is attitude. He really takes the time to listen and explain what's going on. Everyone who works there is so compassionate.
There is a good reason they didn't wear masks during the covid crisis. Ask him Why if that bothers you.

I'm so glad I found Dr. Serafini. He's honest and gives you his honest professional opinion.
I feel like he took the time to listen to me and meet me where I'm at, but then gives you his honest professional opinion.
I don't find him rude, but I can see how some people that are less secure/confident do take it as rudeness. To me he is a straight shooter that knows what he's doing and will tell you what he honestly thinks - exactly what I pay him to do!
I don't want a doctor that agrees with me on everything, I'm not a Doc.
I don't want a doctor that doesn't listen to me and just prescribes.
Thankfully Dr Serafini has the backbone to be honest and considerate at the same time, refreshing!

I also appreciate that he's pro personal risk assessment and pro personal choice. If you don't like it: All interactions are voluntary.
If you give him a 1 star because of the mask policy, then I suggest you take the CBRN training to find out what it actually takes to be protected from a virus, then choose to do that if you are still concerned. (At least watch the CBRN training video on Youtube)

Dr. Serafini is a great Doctor. As others have said, he tells it like it is. He has always been polite and his new office is top notch. He laid the entrance sidewalk himself with the engraved initials SMC. I have been going to him for three or four years and have never had a bad experience.

The entire staff has always been incredible. I have never felt rushed and I've never waited more than 30 minutes to be seen. The front desk and nurses have never gone longer than a day without returning my calls and go above and beyond to get me in asap if I need to be seen. My kid's are always smiling when we leave there.

Dr. Serafini is always on time, which I really appreciate, and his staff is very professional. He takes great care of me and my family.

Exceptional Doctor. Some people think he comes off as rude, but really he's just extremely to the point. He tells you exactly what you need, when you need it, and has always fixed what other doctors have missed. He's amazing and I have nothing but good to say about him. He's saved us so much money from just telling us how it is.

This Dr. is great. I left him a few years ago, and that was the worst mistake ever. I am so glad that I came back to him. He listens to your concerns and is very honest with you. He is not so quick to give you drugs.

Great doctor! I truly believe he has added years to my life, also saved us a thousands of dollars when my wife needed blood thinners for 5 months that would have cost us 500 a month!

We like Dr. Serafini,very nice, he is not into over medicating, we were in and out quickly, and he is about results. My other MD was in love the pharmaceutical companies-- refreshing!

I love this Dr. Kind. He listens. He investigates. He is honest about costs and prescriptions. He is helpful. First dermatologist ever who seemed to care about my issues!

Great doctor,one stop office. Dr. Serafini doesn't send you out to other drs. He does his best to treat you himself.

He looked at me and diagnosed me bursitis and got me to the right neck dr to help me with in months and I've been in pain for 2 yrs while the other Dr's pass me around with every injection , thank you Dr !!!!!
