Dan and the PMI Team have been outstanding property managers over the past year. I was initially unsure of who to go with after speaking with several in the area. I ended up going with Dan after a great phone call where he took the time to walk me through what separates him from other property managers. I am very glad I chose him! Dan was always extremely responsive, communicative, knowledgeable and responsible with his duties. The online ledger and tracking system is very easy to use and provides a transparent look at all rental operations. I worked with PMI for a duplex I owned and then eventually had to sell. The entire process of the management of the property to the sale of the property was fantastic. Dan was always attentive to my needs as well as the tenants. Anytime there was an issue, it was take care of quickly and efficiently.
