We have worked with Christina, Steve and their crew since 2014, when we bought a house in Blue Springs. Recently, we purchased a rental house. Christina and Eva made all the steps of the process in buying the rental stress free and everything has run smoothly. They were always available for our many questions we had during the buying process, as well as give honest opinions about several homes we looked at. The thought of buying a house for the first time can be very exciting but also very stressful. The Brown Team has made our experience of buying our first home very pleasant. Steve, Christina, Eva and Ashley and the rest of the team have been so helpful in the process. They were super patience with my wife and I. The Brown Team, helped me find the right home for my family. They have a great team assembled to answer any questions I had and we’re very detailed in helping me choose a home. Steve was great at pointing out all positive and negative aspects of each home we viewed, which helped me learn more about home buying. Christina’s office staff is well prepared to handle closing details which made it more understandable and easy for me and my family to get through the final phase of closing on our home. As a first time home buyer the Brown Team was definitely the perfect choice for my Family. Steve Brown was very diligent in showing us houses that we chose to view, as well as finding us houses and properties that fit what we wanted for our family. Steve was also great at pointing out things with the houses we viewed, that were negative points to the properties, as well as things that were positive aspects of the homes that we entered. When I say Brown team, I mean they have many people behind the scenes working hard for you, but Christina Brown is the heart of the home so to speak. She works diligently on the sale side of your home purchase. she was great at explaining contracts and different paperwork in a way that was easy for me to understand and feel comfortable with. The Brown Team was amazing to work with! As first time home buyers, we weren't exactly certain what to expect. Steve and Christina took the time to answer all of our questions. Their responsiveness is second to none! Steve was incredibly honest about what to look for in a home and always pointed out concerns that we may not have necessarily thought of.
