Sheena was wonderful to work with. I grew up in Missouri but had lived in Nebraska for the last 30 years. My husband and I decided it was time to move closer to my family. As you can imagine, finding the perfect home in a very specific location when you can only be in town for a weekend every month or so can take a lot of effort. Sheena is very knowledgeable and very professional. She was always prepared and had lots of patience with us during our home buying journey.

Sheena was also flexible in working with us to get access to our new home while we were waiting to close but started meeting with a designer and contractor to plan some renovations before we moved in.

Everything went very smoothly with the closing. Sheena's team was on top of all the details even during this pandemic. I highly recommend Sheena to anyone looking to work with a topnotch realtor!

We found Sheena by happenstance; new to the KC area and just did some random searching- what a find! Sheena is a great buyers agent. She responded to us right away and was super professional when we first met. She brought us a folder of guidance to help us with the buying process when we first met too.
She never sounded annoyed when we saw a house we ended up not liking after thinking it was perfect in pictures, but was not so hot in person. She is super kind and had great humor (totally necessary when house shopping!) Sheena is super knowledgeable about house structures, electrical stuff and could answer a ton of questions when looking through a home. This helped us a ton- she was super transparent and honest with any of our questions.
She was super flexible, accommodating, and helpful. Will do whatever you need to make the buying process super smooth. She asked us our criteria from the get-go, started to catch on with our preferences, must haves, not necessary etc. and each time we met, the houses she showed us were matching more and more, just by being observant of our comments.
She was available via text or phone call to answer questions practically anytime and responded immediately!
We even got a text after a week in the house to see how everything was! I highly recommend Sheena for your next house purchase! She will exceed your expectations!

Sheena was AWESOME!! She walked me through the entire process, she made sure I understood everything through the buying process. Even with the search for my dream home she made finding it easier. Basically just passed me a golden plate, fork, and spoon and told me it could be mine, and it is!!! Sheena is an awesome realtor, she knows her stuff and doesn’t put up with anything that isn’t going your way. The sellers on my deal tried over complicating things, she shut it down and they accepted my ORIGINAL offer! Would of loved to be a fly on the wall for those conversations! Me and my wife accidentally stumbled across Sheena while we were searching for a home in this crazy housing market and we had a realtor that was assigned to us by the VA Home Loan company. The assigned realtor was sending us houses that were looking condemned and that he would drive pass at a high rate of speed if he were near it. Despite all of this we kept looking for a modern home. My wife saw a listing on one of the houses we were looking at and called Sheena for information. To make a long story short, we ended up leaving the VA guy and started working with Sheena. The houses were better. I could see my family living in all of the options that became available. She kept us informed and didn't back down from driving from one part of the city to another.
