City Homes at Fall Creek

This gated community is great. Very clean, well maintained and fast, prompt maintenance if or when needed. The staff will go out of their way. The owner Randy is on the property everyday with an open door. Staff work as a team like a family.

I moved here in April of 2018 & I love it. I’m moving now for my own personal reasons but wanted to leave a good review because the year that I have stayed here I have had no issues with management or maintenance. I would definitely recommend renting at City Homes.

Nice apartments, good area and maintenance is very quick to repair any issues. Office staff is also very helpful and courteous.

I have been here for about 8 years, the staff is awesome,, the grounds well maintained. Thought about moving but I live in a grest place

I do not recommend ANYONE to move here. The owner, name is Randy Akers, he is a COMPLETE RACIST and will lie in front of a judge just to get you out after dealing with certain situations. He does not care about his black tenants and only caters to the white people. The apartments are roach infested because they allow everyone to have pets and every unit I have been over to has had complaints of roaches. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I am currently filing a lawsuit against the owner because he made false accusations under oath in court after he was the one who was yelling and being disrespectful to me after knowing I dealt with domestic violence all because my neighbors under me is a old white lady who doesn’t mind her business and always complaining about my kids running around in our home. He used the black card on me in court so the judge court get file judgement against me to get me to move out and said I garnished a gun and threatened him, smfh, I don’t even own a gun and have toddler children whom I don’t play about and don’t have weapons around them. Randy is a liar, DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Before you consider moving to this location! DON’T! They will take your deposit and charge you tons of extra $$$ with no detailed explanation and staff will lie and give you the runaround!

I am now taking them to small claims court!

I lived here for 12 months and upon move-out spoke with head of maintenance who approved move-out and said everything was great and saw no reason why we shouldn’t get our deposit back (2 other witnesses were present to confirm this).

4 weeks after move-out, I received a bill in the mail from City Homes of $902.68. This was on top of the deposit that was not returned. When I called and requested a detailed explanation for why I did not get my deposit and asked for pictures of damages and a receipt, Chelsea in the office, proceeded to lie and tell me they had picture and proof and would not write a release until it was paid in full. When I called back a few days later to check the status and get pictures Chelsea and front office staff would not return my phone calls and gave me the runaround.

When I did not hear back from them I finally went into the office with my boyfriend and I then asked to speak with the owner who then confirmed, no we don’t have pictures, we don’t keep those. When we began asking questions about the damages and began to disagree on what damages we were being accused of the owner Randy unprofessionally started screaming at my boyfriend telling him “get that trash off of my property, I own this place”! The receptionist and two others were present for this.

I would not recommend anyone moving into this complex after the experience I just had.

I’ve never felt more bullied and disrespected by the owner of a complex I’ve lived at before. He was extremely disrespectful and the billing and front office staff is dishonest and will do anything to get your money!
