Azure Luxury Apartments

We absolutely love our new community. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that our apartment and our family has everything we need. If we need anything done in our unit the repair tickets are done same day. We are beyond satisfied with our unit and the staff. If you are looking for luxury and the care of a property that goes along with it, this is a must see property. Even our dogs are happy with the doggy park, and getting to go and run off leash. I love that if they get muddy there are dog wash stations on property!

Living for two years at Azure Apartments has been an alluring experience. We just want to share and encourage people to join this community. It has many amenities to enjoy like a beautiful pool, clubhouse, dog park, and secure mail room. We love our spacious kitchen with large island, plenty of space, storage and parking garage is just perfect. Also the staff at Azure is a plus.
We have received amazing customer service from a very trustworthy staff. We recently had a dead car battery and staff was busy, but definitely ready to help us find a solution. Great customer service is missing in today's world, but not at Azure.Apartments! We are so grateful ! Azure is in a great location, with wonderful access to restaurants, shopping, dental and dr. offices and hospital across the street which makes our life much easier and we are thankful and happy to live in this community!

My time at the Azure Apartments was a great 2 years 😁 The apartment was very nice. I see many reviews complaining about noise; however, this was not my experience, minus the occasional noise from people in the hallway outside my door, the apartment was very peaceful. Additionally, I would like to thank the maintenance crew, anytime I had a problem they were quick to get things fixed and taken care of. The only bad experience I ever had there was getting my personal effects locked in one of the gym locker systems at night and no one was available to help till the following morning, but I just didn't use those anymore, problem solved. Overall, great place, quiet environment and a great staff.

It is a great place. I have really enjoyed getting to know my neighbors at the events that management holds at the club house. Since day one they have known my name and treated me with utmost respect. I love being able to use the BBQ Grills, and hang out poolside. I can't wait for s'more season to sit around the fire pit and relax with friends and family.

My experience so far has been fantastic! The staff here are very helpful and kind. Maintenance staff are very quick to respond and very polite. They also host monthly community events. The location itself is surrounded by shopping area and a biking route. The apartment themselves is very nice. The insulation here is great (both sound and heat/ac). Everything here is electric. They are also have a little gated dog park. It is a definitely pricy but it is worth every penny.

These bad reviews are based on people who are not accustomed to apartment living! They are upset with management about things completely out of their control and are, if I’m being honest, full of it. The staff there is great and living there is as good as it gets for INDEPENDENCE, MO. Gosh if you are not from the area at all and are used to living in a home then you probably WONT like living here. Get a clue and step outside of your own damn bubble, the world doesn’t revolve around you and your personal problems. I love it here and so do all of those who I ask, it’s the out of towners with the issues.

My husband and I have been living here for about 3 months and we really enjoy it. It’s really close to all the stores we need! It has an awesome clubhouse and an apartment gym! The gym is so nice to have when I can’t make it to my regular gym. The staff is always helpful with whatever we may need. The rooms are big and spacious! Kitchen has a very clean modern style.

When searching for apartments we were looking for good sound proofing as we hate it when you can hear your neighbors through the walls. I’m happy to say that we never hear anything, so they must have done a great job on the insulation of the apartments!

Overall, we highly recommend!

We like living here. The grounds are well maintained, the office and grounds staff are great, and our new neighbors seem friendly.

My and my boyfriend have been living here for almost a year now and it’s perfect you can barley here anything going on out in the hallway or next door the dog park is amazing for my little guy, the pool is so nice with it being open year round and I can swim whenever.
Maintenance comes in 24 hrs to fix any issues that may happen the office team is so helpful and nice with the approval process to renewing your lease they help so much with anything.
There always fun community things to do with everyone it’s so much fun.

I used to live in these apartments with my roommate who was an elderly woman. Her dog would always poop in the hall and the manger of the property would always be so nice and tell her accidents happen when he cleaned it up. Great place to live and very nice people.!!!

I've been here for a few months now and the leasing office team has gone above and beyond to help me in every way and are all so kind. The approval process was so easy and if I ever have an issue maintenance always responds within 24 hours. Just about any store or food chain is within a few miles and there is plenty of fun things to do in the area. I was a little skeptical about moving to independence but these are the only apartments in the area that truly make you feel safe and secure.

I highly recommend living here, not many people can say they love their leasing office team!!

Aj has been phenomenal as a manager and leasing agent. Also Diego, Wanda and Joe on maintenance have become friends as well as great at their jobs.

I had a great experience with Jessica at Azure. She was very helpful, professional, attentive and made the whole overall experience smooth. A beautiful place to call home overall. I highly recommend them !🌟🏢

Love my new apartment! On the first floor but feel very secure with the alarm. Great office staff and maintenance. Highly recommend.

Great facility! Always clean and secure. Staff are fantastic and attentive. AJ is always super nice and helpful. Diego works like crazy on the maintenance team.

Update: Summit management was very prompt in taking my experiences with the previous manager seriously and resolved the situation!

If I could give lower stars I would. Orginally the team was great until the new summit management team came in. this is the SECOND time I've recieved a "demand to vacate" notice at my door for their incompetence. The 1st time they lost my check and the manager tried to blame my boyfriend and I. I rewrote them a new check and yet my account still showed I owed. I left them a voice-mail Monday and they still haven't gotten back to me(saturday) then came back home and have ANOTHER notice to vacate for not paying rent when I paid online this. month but because of them not removing the orginal balance; yet they never got back to me to fix this. Not sure what they're problem is but I've NEVER had such a bad experience with a manager anywhere else I've lived

Great place to live! Any time I had any problems they were quick to help me out! If you need a good quality apartment this is the place for you!

I have been living here for that past few months and everything has been great! My neighbors are kind and the leasing office host the best themed parties for all of us to get to know each other! The location is perfect for me to commute and there are a variety of shopping and restaurants within walking distance!
