I was looking to rent from here and still am once my lease is up. I work for a property management company and it seems that some people dont understand that when you call out a maintenance call its not on the office its on who they contract out! Some of these reviews it seems that people just arent happy in general! I think this company is friendly and nice and they've shown me multiple different places!

Company is absolutely terrible and nobody should rent thru them even through cj real estate. This company has basically ghosted me and our house has severe problems. Main sewer line is cracked, multiple windows broken or leaking, main bedroom leaking which caused an entire wall to fall down. Bathroom tile, vanity tub and sub floor are all rotting from below, stove that was installed stopped working a month and a half after move in, siding is falling off and rotting behind, gutters fell off, debris and rocks left on property by previous tenants, gravel was placed over roofing sheets causing the basement to leak. maintainance will not call you and will only knock before going to the next property, if you have the chance to rent thru results. Don't.

Truly awful company. Their lack of organization is astounding. Our lease ended and we moved out and they truly had no idea; calling us daily stating we needed to pay rent, when we had left weeks prior. Then charged us $1200 in damages, when the house was essentially spotless. This is the FIRST review I have ever written but their negligence needs to be public.

Terrible renting experience. I rented from Results in Columbia, Mo. I called them telling them when I would be arriving to move in and they assured me someone would be there to give me keys. They weren't. I finally entered the duplex to find I had no air conditioning. August in Columbia is hot to say the least. Also, it was clear the unit had not been cleaned at ALL before we moved in. We then had no heat for over a week in January. Again, they apparently thought this a minor problem, were seemingly in no rush to get the problem fixed, and did not offer me any kind of compensation. I found myself constantly reminding them about things in order to get things taken care of. Very unorganized, very inconsiderate. Do not rent from them.

The worst property/real estate management company I have ever dealt with. Will not help with any issues, only money hungry.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE 1 STAR..... SLUMLORD....I BET ANY $ THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY OR THEY WERE PAYED. THEY ARE VERY RUDE,RACIST, UNPROFESSIONAL. HAS CRACKHEAD PLUMERS AND MAINTENANCE WORKERS EMPLOYEED. I WILL BE HOMELESS BEFORE I EVER USE THIS REAL ESTATE CO. AGAIN. THEY CHARGED ME FOR CARPET CLEANING AND DAMAGES THAT WERE NEVER THERE. TO BE HONEST I LEFT MY APARTMENT CLEANER THAN WHEN I MOVED IN. RUN AWAY PEPOLE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND SCAM I PROMISE!!!!!!!!!!!!
