I have been renting from Lord & Associates for a little over a year and I am very happy with them. The application and move in process went smooth and quick.

They take very good care of their properties. They have an easy online process for you to put in your maintenance request and they are always out with in a day or two. Tim always makes sure things are done correctly even if it takes coming back. Not only that, but they maintain things that I have never seen done. They came out and power washed the outside of the duplex! I also saw my neighbors roof being repaired not long ago. It's very apparent they care about their properties and their tenants.

Last but not least, everyone has always been so friendly! Honestly, they are the best property management I've rented from and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have been renting from Lord for over 5 years now. We are very satisfied with them! They take care of us as soon as we have a problem to the best of their ability. I know I can always count on them. The rent is reasonable and they keep up with regular maintenance(cleaning out gutters, lint traps...). Highly recommended to rent from!

I applied for one of their 3 bedroom units and was denied because, “ I’m sorry to inform you we are going to have to deny your application. I’ve averaged out the tips/pay you sent to me and it doesn’t meet the income requirements on its own and I cannot count the child support as its not ever guaranteed. The landlord you listed for the house on ***** is not the actual owner according to current property records. Lastly, too many occupants for the size of the unit.” 1. I make enough money monthly to pay rent at my current home which is more than what the unit I applied for is. 2. How are you not going to count an income because “it’s not guaranteed”? We’re in a pandemic!! No ones income is guaranteed!! I have immaculate rental history. 3. I listed my property manager because I don’t know the actual owner. 4. I have 5 kids so that would be 6 occupants for a 3 bedroom unit which meets Missouri laws. Very unprofessional to make excuses and not be willing to work with potential tenants. Good luck to any future potential tenants.

Was not at all impressed with this landlord. Me and my girlfriend applied with a co-signer that makes 4 times the monthly rent. We are also both currently employed. We are moving to the KC area from Manhattan,KS. We were denied for not currently having jobs up there. Duh, we dont have jobs yet we are trying to find a place to live. We both have at least a bachelors degree to our name and have never had an issue with any of our previous tenants. Look at other places for renting would be my advice.

I paid my lease in full on time. Without missing a beat! I had my apartment professionally cleaned and the carpet to. Don't you know these bums are trying to charge me a lease terminate fee. I even paid my 13th month! Crooks!
