Valerie is AWESOME! She provided information and her spirit and compassion prevailed in the worst situation and time in the death of my father. She was instrumental in assisting with my Father's funeral military honors and helped in every single way that she could. I wish all customer service could be this exemplary and provided support that was desperately needed at the time. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this Woman. Thank you Valerie. More than words can say. YOU are the best!

What a wonderful way to handle an awful thing. Valerie was excellent to work with. Everything was clearly explained. We were given options with no pressure. We had no end of life plans and it didn’t matter. We couldn’t be happier with Cremation Society of Kansas and Missouri.

After suddenly losing my "Trophy Husband" I was distraught and didn't know what to do. His brother contacted you on a Saturday evening with some information. I was contacted on Sunday and made an appoint ment for Monday morning. You made the hardest meeting of my life relatively simple. My husband's ashes and death certificates were ready Thursday morning. I will be forever grateful.
