They replaced my roof and did do a good job on it. I thought that my gutter was .going to be replaced, though my insurance did not cover it. I didn't receive my invoice on the worked done as I would have liked, though I have it now and that's all I needed, so I am happy. Thanks.

I had been wanting to get my gutters cleaned for years. I’m so thankful it was done quickly and professionally. I was informed of some downspouts that needed to be replaced and opted for this additional service as well.

I never expected to have such an enjoyable and easy experience when it came to all of the repairs needed on my house from the recent storm, but these guys made it so easy!!!
This company deserves 10+stars! I never had to worry about when or if theywere coming because I was kept in the loop all the time. Their guys were polite, and respectful of my home and our animals needs. To notch job all the way! Have recommend to everyone I know.

Happy with they work but not happy about not return my calls because of all the rain and wind some of my roof has falling off

Started off good with roofing part and now I can't get the rest of it done ,no communication now .
I would hate to think negative, but your word is your word when it comes to business this is why it is so much distrust in the world .
Without communication, you start to assume that you are being avoided. Not cool at all.

The local rep talked a good story; said they could do the work in a few days. That was in August. It's now November 6. They never responded to my messages or phone calls.
They claim d that they had to send in a roof. Tile to get a itell report. The tile/ report was supposed to take 24 to 48 hours. That was in September and I had to call to vent my frustration over and over again. Still no action so I called their rep Bill Roberts and told him to cancel the agreement and put my tile back on the roof.. that was Nov 4. H said they would void the agreement and reinstall the tile on. November 5 and give me the copy of the voided agreement. It is now Nov 6 and nothing has been done nor has he contacted me.
The company is not trustworthy. Don't use them!!

After receiving an initial estimate for new gutters, gutter guards and trim work on April 13 and booking just a few days later (despite the initial estimate they sent being for the wrong house and having to have it corrected), it is now nearing mid June and the work has not been completed.

I called weekly for five weeks and was finally scheduled the week of Memorial Day only to be cancelled on because of the weather. After the rainy weather passed, I called 4 times to attempt to reschedule only to receive a message that the mailbox was full and I couldn’t leave a voicemail. I then texted twice and never got a response. In the rare event the phone was answered, I was told they struggling with schedule because of working from home.

I was patient and understanding but never received resolution and I’ve finally moved on and am contacting other companies. I can’t speak to the quality of their work because no one ever actually showed up, but I would strongly advise just skipping this company altogether unless you have the patience of a saint and endless time to be given the run-around and/or ignored entirely.

They did not finish my work and did not call me back after numerous calls to them. The number on their website is not to them-it is to a sales line of discount coupons in India. The number they gave me to call for Roberts complete restoration is a number to direct TV. A complete runaround

Did not complete the work nor did the follow up with communication on finishing the work. Great since I had already paid them but some of the work needed touch up since it rained within 24 hours. Would not recommended Bill, as he was my point of contact and did not follow up with communication:
