Burr Oak Woods Apartments

Wow! Our experience in living here has been absolutely AMAZING❣🫶🏾 Maria is so incredibly awesome and so is Charles. Actually, everyone working here has been awesome! The staff work really well together; a well oiled Team! Issues are resolved quickly! No complaints! I highly recommend Burr Oak Apartments to anyone looking for a nice — well kept home🙏🏾❤🤭⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my first apartment after moving out of my parents house and they worked amazing with me when I had no clue what I was doing and Maria always took the time to explain it. It was a great first place and always worked with us if something went wrong. I even got some of my deposit back and felt they were honest about the reviews after moving out. My boyfriend, my pup and I recommend this place to several people looking for a new place! Only downfall to this place is parking sometimes is packed but most weeknights it was fine!

Charles/management is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests dealt with in timely manner. Lived here for nearly 2 1/2 years. Left only because I wanted to move to downtown KC!

They have a great staff and the maintance gets done promtly and there very clean and nice and they take good care of the pool and it's always clean and ready I love them lived there for 8 years

My friend lives here are very nice Apartments very quiet and clean no complaints

Nice people and they even have poop bags for the dogs

The staff are incredible. Maintenance works hard to respond quickly and efficiently to issues, and having a nature conservation site in my backyard is just so incredible.

I have nothing but good things to say..family oriented environment. Haven't had but maybe 2 minor maintenance issues & both were fixed immediately. I just love Charles & Maria..they are both fantastic! So helpful & kind.
