Novak Heating, Air & Duct Cleaning

Novak cleaned our duct work and dryer vent. The gentleman doing the work, Escalade, was friendly, informative and was very conscientious in keeping our house clean and removing his shoes. We have lived in this home for 17 years and never had the duct work cleaned, which is disgusting, but Escalade spent the morning here getting it clean. I highly recommend Novak for duct work cleaning.

We recently installed a new Carrier furnace and air conditioning system from Novak Heating, Air and Duct Cleaning. Everything went flawlessly. Our price from Rob was excellent, our installation, by the team of Ben and Ben, was on time, and completed in a timely manner. Our property was respected and left the way they found it. Communication was excellent by both the sales and installation crew. Everything was explained well and prepared us well for the whole process. I have had bad experiences with other vendors. This company made it easy to do business with; I'll continue to use them in the future.

We recently used Novak for 2 different services. Escalade did a duct and vent cleaning and was very thorough. House is 48 years old, so no surprise, they were very dirty with a lot of debris. He also suggested a dryer vent cleaning, which was good because he found 2 bird nests in there. Yikes! Glad he looked.

Adam performed a clean and tune for furnace and AC. He was very efficient, and thorough as well. Done in just over an hour.

Both men were very friendly and professional. I feel we are in good hands with Novak.

I recently needed to have a new air conditioner and furnace installed. I was nervous about making such a big investment and got four separate quotes from various local companies. Some were close in price, but Novak followed up with me consistently, worked hard to earn my business and then did an excellent, timely, & thorough job from start to finish! They are also one of the few heating and cooling companies that do comprehensive ductwork cleaning, which they also did for me. I had one minor (but not insignificant to me) problem during the process, and the owner himself talked to me and resolved it immediately and flawlessly. Our AC stopped working, and Novak was out within a few hours and had it back up and running in less than an hour. Steve does a great job! Quick friendly service which was much appreciated in the 90+ degree weather.

I had Novak come and clean my vents. My technician, Escalade, explained the process as it was my first time and got right to work. He was courteous and did good work. Would recommend their services to others. They got about 30 years of cat hair and dust out of my ducts. Ended up being 23 vents and it took 3 to 4 hours as he had to add access panels into my system for the cleaning.

Fantastic service and work! Our air went out on a Sunday evening during the Heat warning. They were able to fit us in on Monday and fixed the problem immediately. Also gave us tips on how to not have the problem occur again. Will definitely recommend them to anyone! Julian was awesome!

Our air conditioner wasn't cooling properly. I called Novak and they sent out Steve to repair it. He diagnosed it was low on coolant, and promptly filled it. He checked to see that it was running properly, billed me, and left for his next job. I would recommend Novak for a professional a/c repair.

Wow, I’m not sure where to begin. First of all I get a text the day of service with a picture of the technician and a description of his background. What a great touch this was! Secondly, the technician shows up shortly after I received the text and is a super professional. He explained things I can do better in maintaining my system and was in and out quickly! I was very impressed with the thorough and professional work of the technician Julian who serviced our Air Conditioning unit. He did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable about the performance and efficiency goals I should experience with the proper service and operation of my unit. I used Novak to replace my furnace in 2018. I recently (2024) had them out to give an estimate on replacing my air conditioner. They are courteous. Their costs are reasonable.

Escalade performed a duct cleaning for us and we were long overdue a cleaning. He had his job cut out for him. He is a professional, courteous worker who reviewed before he started work what he understood the job to be and expectations and costs. He communicated well and did a thorough job. I worked with Rob on getting pricing for a new Furnace. I had also received quotes from other vendors. Rob's quote was more detailed than others, so I could see what I was paying for and came in considerably less than other vendors that I had a "membership plan" with. The work by the install team was top notch. They were polite, thorough, communicated well and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier with the Novak team and plan to use them for my go to for all future needs.

Escalade was very courteous when he arrived. He offered to remove his shoes, and explained everything to me. We haven't had our duct work cleaned since we moved here almost 50 years ago, and doubt it was done prior to that. I am sure it was very dusty and dirty!
