Associated Audiologists have the best care ever! They help you feel comfortable and do not shame you, because you have trouble hearing. You feel at home right away! Dr. Rogers took the time and care to make sure my hearing was back to what I use to have. I didn't feel embarrassed or ashamed.

I love to sing, so I sing in a community choir, and with my new found hearing with my hearing aids that I absolutely love!, is better than I expected!

Thanks to Doctor Rogers, and his team, and his computer majic I can hear better than I have in a long time! Thank you so much for the time and care you guys spent with me to make sure I could hear, and sing again!

My elderly dad has profound hearing loss. We searched for and found Associated Audiologists in Independence. The staff there is very friendly and helpful at all times. Dr. Travis has worked with my dad to make sure his hearing aids fit and function to help my dad hear as best he can. I cannot say enough about how professional and friendly Dr. Travis is with my dad and all of his patients.

First time patient and this has been a very pleasant experience from the time I made the appt to now. Having to get your hearing assessed for possible hearing loss and chronic tinnitus in your mid-50's can be very frightening and somewhat embarassing but Megan was very professional and polite on the phone and Dr. Travis was excellent. I was in the office for nearly 2 hours but I never once felt like I was being rushed through the exam or appointment. The testing was very thorough and the suggestions for my diagnosis/potential treatment plan were explained well and in terms I could understand. Going over the much newer types of hearing assist devices made me feel much less embarassed about my condition and I left the office feeling very assured that I made the right choice in my care. Thank you to all!!

I had put off getting my hearing checked for nearly 20 years. Especially as a classical musician I was afraid that a problem would be discovered, and that I would need a hearing aid - and that life (and especially music) would sound like a video game from the 90's. I thought my days as a musician would be over. I couldn't have been more wrong. My experience with this office and Dr Travis have been nothing but stellar. I feel like I now have a little supercomputer hanging on my ear, and I can hear everything so much better - especially detailed, complex music! My hearing aid, and my hearing overall, has far exceeded my hopes. I feel like my hearing is not just corrected, but enhanced. Dr Travis was kind and attentive and was very clear what would meet my needs and what wouldn't, and was always happy to explain his reasoning. He and Nicole helped turn what started as a profoundly stressful experience into a distinctly positive one.

The whole experience has completely changed my perception of hearing aids and hearing loss in a very good way. I feel more connected with my family, and as a musician I now hear dynamics, tone quality, ensemble, etc far better than I can ever remember in the past. I can't recommend this place enough.

Dr. Travis with Associated Audiologists in Independence branch was very patience and very helpful in fixing my hearings aids so they will work in a crowd atmosphere. Before I was getting too much noise to even hear. It works awesome now!! Nicole the reception is very personable and very nice. Both were very helpful!

Dr. Travis is incredibly patient, compassionate, thorough and kind. He is so genuine and attentively listened (some pun intended) to my sister's concerns, feedback and stories during all the visits for her new hearing aides. She is so much happier now. Highly recommended this professional and his staff is fantastic as well!

Very kind staff and audiologists who did a very thorough job evaluating my hearing and explaining the results after. I feared that my hearing loss had progressed more than it had. The staff did a great job of listening to my concerns, testing me thoroughly, and explaining the results to me afterward. Very satisfied, my problem was solved, very good treatment from Dr. Travis and professionalism and the ladies who treated me. The entire team had a good Thanksgiving.

Very thorough with testing and patient with answering questions. It's nice to visit with someone in the medical field that doesn't rush you in and out but actually takes the time to make sure things are good and understood.

Even amidst all this pandemic, they were friendly & professional. Dr. Hopkins Williams is awesome!! He took time with us, explaining everything & answering all our questions. He shared all our options and my husband thought for the last 40 years that he had tinnitus that was progressively getting worse and found out that it was due to the inner ear bones trying to decipher sounds that weren't there due to hearing loss. Amazing, it should be taken care of with the hearing aides. Thank you, Dr. Travis!!!
