My dog absolutely adores coming here! He is still a puppy/super athletic and when he comes home he’s so tired!! He has the best time socializing and playing with his pup friends!!! I was a nervous dog mom at first leaving him in the care of complete strangers and they made the transition so so easy by sending pictures and videos and letting me call in to check on him without making me feel an ounce of guilt. I absolutely love this place and can’t recommend it enough. They are the best!

We have boarded our Great Pyrenees at Barking Oaks several times and each time it has been a great experience. The staff make you feel they enjoy having your dog there and you feel safe leaving your pet with them.
Today we got our Great Pyrenees groomed. The groomer, Blair, bathed her, trimmed her nails, and trimmed her heavy coat. She looks like a different dog! She was so perfect and beautiful when my husband brought her home, I had to call the groomer and thank her for her superior work. Blair told me that she had our dog rest during the grooming service so she would not be stressed and she made me feel like a family member had taken care of our big girl. The prices are excellent and the work Blair did was gorgeous. I could not be happier. If you get your dog groomed or boarded, I cannot think of a more wonderful place to go than Barking Oaks!

My husband and I toured this place last week and we loved it! Toni gave us the tour and he was very nice and respectful. We instantly liked him and the other employees and could tell the dogs were well taken care of and loved. Our dog had his evaluation today for daycare and he was there for 4 hours and we were told he did great. I was nervous about sending him to daycare because he’s never attended daycare before, but he was so excited to go. He is now dead asleep on the couch! He must have had a blast making friends. Can’t wait to continue bringing Charlie here!

Barking Oaks does a great job at grooming & training my little Bella!

In the past we adopted older dogs, but this time we got a puppy. Little did we realized it would be a challenge. We looked everywhere for a training, but it was way out of our budget. Thankfully we found Barking Oaks Resort. Before we had her trained she was starting to be a nuisance.

After training at Barking Oaks Resort she’s well behaved and doesn’t do her business inside the house.

The people there are great at what they do. I feel very comfortable taking Bella for grooming as well. I let them know exactly what I want & they do it with no issues. She’s smells great when I go pick her up too!

My friends ask me where I take her because she smells so clean. When they take their pets they don’t smell as good after grooming.

I don’t even know where to start. My 12 year old corgi mix has been to several groomers and Samson because of his barking no one ever wants to deal with him after one hair cut and bath. They all complain about how he is loud and abnoxious. Family Pet clinic all they want to do is sedate him in order to do any grooming because that was the easiest thing for them to do and not the best interest of my dog. Samson barks because he likes to talk and has some anxiety. Barking oaks staff took Samson in and spend all day with him. They groomed him and even his hair cut was so awesome. They were so patient with him and the amount of love and kindness they showed Samson was just priceless. Samson came home with no anxiety and looked perfect in my eyes. I cannot thank the staff especially Blair and her mother Hauncy for being so patient with my dog. The staff from Barking Oaks are a blessing and everyone should give them the business. They are well deserved.

Brought my fur baby to get Christmas pictures taken and the staff was lovely! Everyone was so nice and took amazing care of my baby , the pictures came out awesome and they have a store in the front and it has so many adorable items ! 10/10 definitely recommend they will treat your babies amazing 🫶🏼

My dog has been going here for several years now. I am very satisfied with all services we have received. When my dog sees the building he is ready to jump out. I love my baby boy and I trust them with him. He attends daycare and boarding

When it was time to say goodbye to my best friend Blue, Barking Oaks staff made him feel comfortable and gave him a spa day. Blue had ostiosarcoma and could no longer use his rear leg and they were gentle with him. I'm so grateful to the wonderful staff and owner for the care they provided. I do recommend Barking Oaks for your pets needs.

I am excited about this daycare. My dog 🐕 goes here and loves it. The staff are friendly and loving. The owner is very nice and amazing. A doggy daycare for animals! Love it!

I called at 4pm to schedule grooming for my two schnauzers. One is a 6 month old puppy and this he his 1st time at a groomer. They told us to come right in and picked up about 7:30pm. They looked so perfect. I was so impressed and a reasonable amount. I highly recommend. They even called to confirm the cut we wanted. Just the best experience.

They always do a great job of making my dogs look show ready! I was super impressed when the offered photos during the Christmas season. The place is super classy and the people are so friendly!

Minnie Mae loves this place! She attends day care and gets groomed here. She loves playing with her friends. The grooming helped us get her hair under control. We were advised on how to get it conditioned well so we didn't have to risk shaving and prevent matting.

Just picked up my dogs from boarding again, I do have to say they’re loving it the soonest we hit that little bumpy road to get there, they know where we going and can’t hardly hold in their excitement. We live in Austin and it is an hour drive for me to bring them, but every time I see their excitement I know it is worth it…. they just spend a week there while we were on vacation and it’s not only the doggy hotel ( how I call it) it is truly their home away from home. This is an amazing place to bring your pets for their own vacation while you be on vacation, believe me when I say your pets will love it. Mine surely do and can’t wait for their next vacation. Always wonderful. They take great care of my dog. Their location is quiet and away from the main roads which I love, and their groomers are excellent. I’ll never board my babies anywhere else.

My 3 pups absolutely love going to doggy daycare and boarding here. We have boarded with them many times as well. Always excellent service. The owners are always present and they are absolutely awesome! They remember my pups by name every single time we get there. Outstanding local service!

I take my yorkie,Charlie, here to be groomed. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! I will not take him anywhere else. Their facility is awesome, if you need boarding this is the place to go.

The owner and her son provide phenomenal service here! They have an awesome spa club package for $75 annually which includes so many services for my pup, I’ll be signing him up for his grooming spa days!
