We are so happy we got married at Kalero! The venue on it's own is so beautiful it makes decorating it much less stressful. Ann was great to work with and we adore the stunning backdrop the venue provided us with. As a Loudoun native, it was a dream to have a winery wedding close to home, and at a reasonable price!

The owner demonstrated remarkable flexibility, accommodating our schedule changes without hesitation. This level of understanding and adaptability made planning for our proposal/engagement stress-free and enjoyable.

Communication with the owner was impeccable throughout. She was always prompt in her responses, providing clear and detailed information.

Moreover, being able to utilize her beautiful property was an absolute delight. The vineyard and tasting room is stunning, which exceeded our expectations.

Kalero Vineyard is the wedding venue dreams are made of! Ann, the owner, went above and beyond to make our wedding planning effortless, even with the added challenge of being overseas. Her communication was outstanding, and she was not only professional but also incredibly flexible.

The venue itself is a visual masterpiece, providing a breathtaking backdrop for every moment of our special day. The natural beauty of Kalero Vineyard translates perfectly into stunning photographs.

We can't forget to mention the wonderful selection of wine that added to the overall experience. Our guests loved it! But what truly sets Kalero Vineyard apart is Ann's attention to detail, making our wedding day absolutely perfect.

To add to the excellence, Ann's preferred vendors were fantastic, contributing to the seamless flow of our celebration. Kalero Vineyard and Ann exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful for the incredible memories created in this enchanting setting. Highly recommend!

After an exhaustive search, we decided that Kalero Vineyard was the perfect place for us to host our wedding in the fall of 2022. Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Kalero offered a beautiful working vineyard with gorgeous views for our outdoor ceremony, several outdoor patios for our cocktail hour, and a spacious and rustic barn for our reception. Just an hour from Washington, DC, it was the perfect distance for our in-town friends to attend while being well removed from any semblance of city life. Our out-of-town guests had many options to choose from with Dulles Airport a short 30 minute drive away. We could not have asked for a better location or a more pleasant experience.

Also very important to our decision to choose Kalero was the way we felt when we were there. Ann was warm, welcoming, interested in us, and, unlike most of the other wedding venues we visited, we felt as if we were joining a family, not enveloped in some corporate wedding machine. As a gay couple, we appreciated seeing the venue feature other non-traditional couples on their website, which made us feel welcome and at ease even before stepping foot on the property.

Our heartfelt thanks to Ann and Natalie for their help throughout the entire process. We absolutely made the right decision in choosing Kalero Vineyard, and will never forget all the amazing memories that were made there!

Went to a Wine & Dinner tasting event with two friends for a different experience and it was awesome! The food choices paired so well with the wine. Between the Hills Kichen & Catering provided the food for the event and we had a great time. We all enjoyed the wine and just spending time together! Beautiful venue and friendly staff! Kalero Vineyards was such a beautiful place for our wedding in May of 2024. This beautiful barn style venue is perfect for any wedding, indoors or out! We will always cherish this venue and we cannot thank Ann, the owner, enough for all her efforts and hard work in making our wedding as special as it was. This vineyard also produces some of the best wine we have had in the region, Kalero offers many estate wines and they are all a pleasure to enjoy.

We felt lucky to get a date for our wedding at Kalero: The scenery is gorgeous, the venue barn was perfect inside and out with awesome indoor and patio space for the various parts of our wedding. Ann was responsive and kind and clearly experienced with a wide variety of weddings and worked flawlessly with our vendors (and has a great preferred vendors list for whatever you might need) and always gave us great advice when we had questions. We couldn't be happier to have been married there.

Kalero Vineyard provides excellent products, positive and friendly customer service, and an outstanding beautiful venue for all. The owner, Ann, is exceptional, kind, knowledgeable and makes everyone feel right at home. The vineyard is located right off rt9. I drove by so many times and never noticed it. Once you drive up it has spectacular views of the blue ridge mountains! Ann and her staff are really helpful. Rustic look with modern touches. See you soon Kalero Vineyard -DJ THEO

We were there for a wedding. The venue was beautiful and the staff and amenities were wonderful. We had some of the Kalero wines at the reception, and they were great! I highly recommend Kalero and hope we can visit again in the future.

Kalero Vineyard is one of the best wedding venues in Virginia! It has a unique barn, acres of vineyards, and breathtaking mountain views, which are perfect for photo backdrops! I had a pleasure to work at Kalero and the photos turned out so good! One of their photos got featured on Loudoun Times! How cool is that? I've attached a few of my favorite photos.

We just got married at Kalero July 2023, and could not have been happier with the entire experience!
We did not even know about Kalero, were doing other wedding venue tours, happened to drive by and decided to drive up the gravel driveway to check it out in between tours! And that is where we decided to get married!!
We loved the gorgeous backdrop/scenery that would frame our wedding ceremony, the rustic nature of the barn, and the covered deck area! The bridal suite was quaint and comfortable!
Working with Ann, the owner, was seamless! She is on top of communication and responds almost instantly! She is easy to talk to and just a sweet lady! Her website is easy to use and has all the information a potential couple would need to create the perfect wedding (vendor ideas, etc.)
All of my vendors and even guests commented on how wonderful Ann and Natalie were (they are available the day of the event on site) and of course commented on the beauty of the venue.
Our wedding was in July (the HOTTEST month) but the barn was well air conditioned so everyone was very comfortable!
We would 100% recommend Kalero for any event, especially the perfect wedding!!

We had an absolutely perfect wedding at Kalero! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the venue and ownership. Ann was super helpful, answered all our questions, and guided us to a perfect wedding.

We elected to have our ceremony outside, and it was beautiful. We didn’t hear any noise from the traffic, and the vineyard in the background made for wonderful photos. Our rustic style wedding fit perfectly inside the barn, and the venue was super spacious to accommodate all our guests. The dance floor, DJ, lighting all led to a wonderful reception. Great place for a wedding and Kalero will always have a place in our hearts.

We searched and searched and searched for a wedding venue. Finally, we decided to hire a planner who introduced us to Ann and Kalero. We were blown away by Ann’s warmth and Kalero’s beauty. The vineyard and mountain views are breathtaking. The Heartstone Barn, with its original stonework, has so much history. Ann’s choice of a rustic, but tasteful decor adds the perfect touch. Like many couples, we had to postpone due to COVID and Ann was nothing but flexible, accommodating and supportive throughout the entire process. She was super responsive to our many questions and even met with us on-site on multiple occasions to help keep our COVID-related worries at bay as we were forced to re-envision our big day. We didn’t see Ann much on our wedding day, but she was there working her magic in the background and making sure everything ran smoothly. The guests were amazed by the venue's beauty and character and couldn’t believe how we got so lucky. We 100% wish we could get married all over again because of our perfect experience with Ann and Kalero!

I recently got married here and the venue was incredible! Everything went perfect. The outdoor ceremony was great, and all my guests loved the venue space. They have plenty of room indoors and outdoors. The staff was extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend it.
