Great Friendly and Genuine service by Nestor! Throughout the one hour, he assisted my parents by helping setting up their phones up and transferring everything over. And he was extremely patient during the time we were here.

Great lighting, great store with a really up to date layout. Recommend walking in and picking up a great deal.

They offer broadband Internet in my neighborhood. So excited! Was easy to set up.. Great service! Great Internet speed! Great streaming.. no interruptions like with Xfi-ty (half the price)... No upsales. No pressure. I cannot tell you how DELIGHTED we are to have T-Mobile locked in

Needed a home internet unit replaced. They took care of everything. Including swapping the sim card from the old unit to the new one and setting the new unit up on my cell phone. Amazing staff.. both knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth was so kind to me because my phone got loss when I was relocating to Saint Augustine the same morning that my movers were moving me so needless to say I had a melt down at T-Mobile store in Estero Florida and she gave me a big hug and said I got you and I will help you!!!! She has the best customer service I have ever seen and the manager at that store was awesome to me also!!!! I have been a customer with T-Mobile for 15 years and this is why I am still your customer!!!! Elizabeth needs to be recognized for what she did for me and it was quick and I got a new iPhone 12 but now I have insurance on my phone!!!!!
Kudos to Elizabeth and Thank you for all the hugs and your compassion during this difficult time for me with relocating with my job of 24 years !!!!!!!

Manny is 10/10. I was a little confused from dealing with online person so I called the store, manny said he would help me as soon as I came in and he did with me not waiting a minute. He even helped me set up my internet box.

Great friendly and genuine service by Manny. I was his first client of his shift and throughout the two hours he assisted me he maintained a courteous and professional manner at all times. A consummate professional!

I currently a T-Mobile customer. I visited this store for an orientation on my current plan. I did appreciate that Jose the representative thanked me for been a customer for 12 consecutive years. He also took the time to review my account and even when He didn't make a sale because the phone and plan I have fits my need, Jose was very professional and took his time to answer all my questions.

I just walked out of this store and WOW.... I think it's very sad that employees don't have to have knowledge of the product they sell. Also the employees didn't feel necessary to just help, the girl told me to call customer service, so i can see where the phone i wanted was in stock. What happened to customer service. Not sure if this is a franchise but i will NEVER go back to this location. Btw this is for a business with multiple phones....

AMENDMENT to the above review:
I needed help with my voicemail for my company phone. I had no choice but to go to the Gulf Coast location yesterday, because of timing. The 2 employee's were not there from my previous visit. 4 people were working, one being the shift / assistant manager. All of the them were absolutely AMAZING!!!! I got the help and customer service I was looking for. They restored my faith and I will be returning ( but only when one of the 4 are there) Thank you!!!!

I've been to this store 3 or 4 times the first was to switch to t-mobile and get a new phone and every time I've been helped by a different employee and they all have been very helpful and respectful sometimes it can be a little busy but they are pretty quick highly recommend this store

Spencer at this location was so so helpful with my phone issue! He took the time to explain what was happening with my storage and rectified the issue really fast! I’m very happy with the service he provided! Thankyou Spencer!

Just wanted to thank Linda for her excellent customer service. I visited the store over the weekend. She not only fixed issues I had with my phone, but also, she walked to my car with me to ascertain my phone gets paired with my vehicle. She was very helpful. Thank you 👍

This Store is the best and my favorite one. The Store Manager Kisan Chhotalal awesome person. Since you walk in the Store he greets everybody right away makes you feel always welcome so helpful and goes out of his way too and so friendly. We drive from Lehigh Acres just to go to this Store no matter how small or big help I need. I recommend it 100% and plus. Thank you Kisan you are great person!!!

I was looking to upgrade my phone and went into the GulfCoast T-Mobile store to get some info. Andrew was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Switched from lease to own yesterday at the T-MOBILE Atore at Gulfcoast Town Center. Jazmyne made it simple. 👍 Had an additional issue that was resolved on 03/02/2022 by Angelica who was extremally professional with a fast resolve.

My fave tmobile store jazz and Alex are awesome. Everyone is always such a help the whole entire staff is great thanks for the customer service guys
