I went into buy red flags and came out with red flags, orange flags, irrigation markers and a dragon fruit plant. I was seduced by the botanical garden that greeted me at the entrance and the cashier tempted me to stay longer and look around.
Love this store, love the variety of plants and garden supplies. Next week, I’m going in again for window blinds. Highly recommended!

I usually don't shop at Lowes, but my experience at the Home Depot on Bonita Beach Rd. Was disturbing. Went in to look for windows, and the employee dismissed me like trash. Went to lowes, and the employee helped me with everything he could although the items I wanted we not in stock. Very professional.

Excellent customer service and the staff is very knowledgeable about there products. Associates actually came up to you to ask if any assistance was needed. I have to say this was one of the best customer experiences I have had.

Had a really great visit today I found a table in the clearance section and one of the screws were not lining up but one of the associates there Robert helped us out he drilled the chair to make the screw fit in! He went above and beyond I’m super happy because I really wanted this table and I didn’t think I was going to be able to get it because of the defect. Thank you so much Robert you need a raise after all that!!😁

i had to but a shower hose yesterday, and a very nice man named Tom assisted me in my purchase in the plumbing accesories dept I ended up getting the Delta shower head (mine was old and the hose came with it. Thank you Tom for your great service and advice.

I get say enough about the greeter. He's a wonderful gentleman. A proud veteran and an absolute credit to your store.

What a fantastic visit! I needed gardening supplies and Mary Lou and her coworker were most helpful and so sweet!! And a gentleman in the masonry area helped me with a very heavy bag of concrete. So very kind!

Convenient to Estero and is stocked with just about anything you need for your home, garden and more. Friendly help, easy parking. I've been going there for several years and make this one of my favorite hardware stores. Veterans... they offer a discount for all you shopping needs.

I want to take a second to talk about an employee. Dave, in paint…the guy saved me from making several mistakes while restoring an almost 100 year old rocking chair. I told him my plan and how I planned on getting there. He wound up asking me several questions and steered me in a different direction in regard to types of paint and lacquer. Thank you Dave! Job exceedingly well done!

My husband and I went to Lowe's to get the Primo water dispenser. We had a little issue with the price, but the manager named Rosy at the Estero location jumped in to help right away.
She made sure we were happy clients when we left the store. She was professional and so helpful.
We also got helped by Alex (cashier).
Because of their service, we will definitely go and shop at the Estero location.

Hiii! I just wanted to say the younger girl in the garden center with long hair and glasses (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) deserves so much praise! She's always sooo helpful when I am in there and she's the reason I stop by! Keep being great, girl! She was working today 8/26!

Kylie the manager was fantastic. I hope I remembered her name correctly. The Lowe’s card was malfunctioning and she stuck in there until my large order made it through. Really annoying bank handling the card. But her great service help me stick in there.
