Computer guys are super knowledgeable with just about anything dealing with electronics. Dealt with Juan and Kenny and they were so knowledgeable about gaming PCs. Would highly recommend going to ask them for any of your computer needs.

I had such computer issues that I ended up having to get a new one. But being not very techy, they helped me a couple of different times to get it set up and explained things that I could understand and do things myself. I appreciated their patience and competence.

I got great support from a sales associate in TVs for selecting the right Bluetooth transmitter with an optical link for connecting a TV to an external speaker. I explained what I was looking to do and I received great advice and support!!

I actually like being greeted at the door today because I had a specific item I was looking for and was in a hurry. The greeter asked me if I was looking for something specific so I told him and he directed me exactly where I needed to go. They had plenty and I was able to get checked out quickly. Nice going Best Buy!

I had a great experience, I was there to get very specific kind of 43" television and Kenny was able to help me find it in the back of the store when I couldn't find it on the sales floor. I appreciated Kenny making sure I got exactly what I was looking for and not being lazy/giving up like I have seen in other stores with sales people.

Needed a laptop for my grandson. I was partnered with Juan, and he walked us thru the different Laptops and what they could do.

We explained that it was for someone who is in high school. We settled on 2 laptops, a Dell, and a Lenovo. He explained how each worked, and we decided to buy the Lenovo.

Juan was great, and it was great customer service knowledgeable.

I always like to support local brick and mortar. This Best Buy always has great customer service and answers all of my questions and gives great advise. Just bought a laptop and Kenny was very knowledgeable and pleasant while helping with the sale. You just can’t replace human interaction.

Great service with friendly staff . One staff saved me some money by signing me up and getting a buy 2 get 1 free deal on video games. Today anonther staff member informed me of a show i am very interested in and wouldn’t have known existed without him telling me. I buy all my nintendo switch games from here(since they never go on sale) and have never been disappointed. Beats the hell out of Gamestop and Walmart for games.

Cristian one of the associates at the tech department was very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended the best computer for us. I recommend this store.

This Best Buy had the items I was looking for at other stores if the same name. They had specials that were even cheaper than Amazon. Totally worth the drive. Staff was also extremely friendly and helpful in finding the products and helping me compare. Will come back again to this store for other bug purchases.

My printer crashed so I went to Best Buy to see if they could help me fix it. It was old so we decided it wasn’t worth it. So I decided to buy a new one. They had plenty of options at very competitive prices as I checked Amazon for reviews. Overall a great experience and problem solved! I also subscribe to their tech support which is always quick to respond and helps me solve all my tech problems.

Felt like I was talking to a friend. Not many guys are approachable like you buddy and I really appreciate your patience with helping get that new phone. In the future, if I need to buy a TV I'm coming back to this Best Buy because they hire the "best" smart guys in the area and they're not snooty.
