Starbucks

I used to work at the store adjacent to this Starbucks and I had a really weird experience with one of the cashiers. So, the experience itself was that a woman was offering to pay for my drink in line. She mentioned this to the cashier in hopes of performing this random act of kindness. I was shocked to hear when the cashier said “we don’t do that here” and his reasoning for saying that was completely inaccurate.

I ended calling the company and asking if that was even a policy to which they responded back saying “we don’t have a policy”. This clearly serves my point that every worker needs to be properly trained in any customer service role since the end result is servicing the customer. But luckily I had some money on the app. I didn’t get the chance to get his name but he was not willing to be considerate of the said woman’s generosity.

Zach is such an amazing employee! He was so kind and upbeat. I was having a bad day and he made it better! Thank you for the great service and kind smile.

Got there early and only a few people were in there, got service immediately. Barista was very friendly. The coffee was really excellent, as always.
It was rather pleasant to sit outside, still cool, not many people walking by.

Great place to stop and get a second jolt of energy, after showing properties all morning for sale in Estero.

Tried the Kale 🥬 & Mushroom 🍄 egg bits. Delicious. Sat outside and had my lunch. Beautiful day!! Was in and out.

The baristas here are fantastic. They're happy to customize your drink exactly how you want it. It's a nice location for a shopping break too!

Keeps me from screaming at clueless teenagers, or parents who don't watch their kids while I shop.

Gave a lower star rating not because of Starbucks. It was actually the morning rush shoppers that create the so not pleasant atmosphere. It seems like they were loud and were on top of each other, but let's be honest here, I'd say everyone in that store probably was trying to wake up.

I recommend using the app to order, save you a lot of standing up, that's of you're a Saturday morning outlet mall shopper.

The store was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy and “inviting” atmosphere. The baristas were friendly and attentive, taking the time to make sure my order was just as I wanted it.

I ordered a latte and was impressed with the quality of the coffee. The espresso was rich and bold, and the steamed milk was perfectly frothed. It was served hot and tasted delicious. I also appreciated that the barista asked if I felt ok, and I really did! 🤭🤗

In addition to the coffee, I also tried one of their pastries and it was fresh and delicious. The store had a wide variety of food options to choose from, including sandwiches, salads and pastries.

This Starbucks also had free Wi-Fi (I’m not 100% sure, it could have been the Wi-Fi from another store) and comfortable seating, making it a great spot to work or relax.
Overall, I had a great experience at this Starbucks location and would definitely return for another coffee in the future if they added a little more seats outside of the Starbucks.

I work in Miromar & after work today placed in my mobile order at 6:22pm waiting for the Hertz traffic to die down. I walked in not even a minute later and there was a little line. I went to the waiting area for mobile and they had my complete order (2 drinks one food item) done before 6:25, considering a line. I was out in no time. I've never experienced this even with their regular locations, not located in a mall. The staff has always been very nice and efficient.

This Starbucks is ALWAYS the busiest store I've ever been in. As much as I hate waiting for my order I must say this team rocks at the turn-n-burn phrase. 2 people take the order a few people making drinks, one screaming out names to go get the drinks and food. And it's always pretty clean in there for the amount of people traffic...

Wherever there is a Starbucks there is the opportunity to enjoy a dark roast Coffee full of flavour and enjoyment. I continually have to seek and search the joys of my coffee escapades when I travel. So when there is a Starbucks in the vicinity I know the quality of what I am going to enjoy. Thanks for being there for me to be able to enjoy a great cup of coffee.

Super quick, friendly event with the amount of visitors they get. They are constantly busy but they take care of you quickly and friendly. The quality of service is 10 stars if I had the option. Thank you for being great !!!!

Got two iced coffee drinks an as always prepared perfectly. Safety was their main concern and I like it like that. My only negative is the covid course they have taped on the floor. You need to be Magellan to figure it out the first time.

Great experience. Friendly and professional team of baristas. They remade my nieces coffee after she decided it was not made correctly. A must stop if you need a shopping refresh.
