Went in just to look at possible phone upgrades. James was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get us upgrades while only increasing our bill by 20 bucks or so. Would recommend anyone to go here, have been using this store for the last 3 years and would recommend.

He efficiently processed our transaction while being thorough enough to ensure I maximized my savings and provided me a cost analysis of the different plans and the varying benefits. He brought awareness to potential savings I hadn't considered, making this the first time I can genuinely say I’ve enjoyed a visit to a Verizon location.

New line and two new devices all under 10 minutes. Unbelievable.
