Been with metro a long time and people like Steve are the reason I stay. Very nice, personable, and friendly. Store was very clean and service was great.

Owner and staff are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Just switched my family from Verizon to Metro PCS and I couldn't be more pleased with not only the service but but especially the customer service that was given at this Store. Mark and his staff definitely went above and beyond with helping me to pick the best phones for us, setting up all our accounts and transferring all of our content from our old phones to our new ones. I'd give this store a 10 star rating if I could! Thank you for all your patience, kindness and help!

The manager was outstanding. I purchased a charger that didn't work on my phone, next day I was back at the store to replace the charger and it took a few day to recharge, so now I can only charge my phone by the pull in and I have to take the battery out the phone ....my phone went out around the ending of November, still paid my bill so today I am using my phone.... Calling the main offfice ...

I went into this location to have service added to one of our iPhones. I did not purchase a phone from Mark but he spent 1 1/2 hrs. trying to help me obtain the exact service I needed, (iPhone with no internet) even though customer service said it was not possible. He went above and beyond and made an otherwise difficult situation a little better. I highly recommend this location and Mark to anyone!!

I do not use MetroPCS phone service, but I came here to have them fix my broken cell phone. The manager (Hoogan) worked many hours over the course of 3 days to fix my phone. Ultimately the phone was toast, but he was able to salvage the majority of my pictures, which is what I had asked (more like begged) him to do. He was so nice and was great at explaining what caused my phone to suddenly stop working. Although I hope I never have to come back (i.e. broken phone), I would hands down recommend him to anyone who needs their phone serviced!
