Starbucks

I just left Starbucks and the young lady who took my order saw I had my black lab with me and gave my dog a pup cup. I thought that was so sweet. I've had nothing but great experiences with Starbucks in Belleville Michigan

They took care of a drink made wrongly in a totally different store. Amazing customer service.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this Starbucks is by far the best location I’ve ever been to! Staff is always beyond friendly and helpful even during peaks!

They are always nice and way less busy than the Ford road Starbucks in Canton.

They were crazy busy and the staff was really wonderful and super helpful. Aaron was especially helpful. He made my order perfectly and even double checked to make sure the lid was on tight so I didn’t burn myself. Very thoughtful and valuable to the team. Even apologized for how busy it was and for my wait (which was 5 minutes) thank you!

Absolutely love this location. The baristas are always friendly, the service is always top notch.

Long wait but the wait was worth it. The staff were so pleasant. The Christmas coffees are the best. Caramel brûlée personal favorite 💜

What can I say , Starbucks never fails ! Has a drive through and eat in. Extra available parking if needed. Location is nice. Always had positive experiences!

This is the best Starbucks around. I get greeted every time I walk in. The customer service is great!

Also, I’ve gone to other Starbucks and they don’t make their drinks like the Belleville location does. They always seem well prepared and taste better!

I have a dairy allergy and they are very good accommodating for me and make it no problem at all.

All of the employees are warm and friendly, especially Emily W. She calls me by my name and I notice she knows the other customers by their first names. That little extra goes a long way ☺

Overall I’ve been here several times and I’m happy with this place, thought it’s finally time to write a review!

Update: service has been much better lately! They had a slump that made me dread going here but now I'm confident about going.

This Starbucks is a little slow and their employees always seem to be new and but the food and drinks are almost always perfect, even if it takes an extra minute.
